في Dell Technologies، نسعى لخلق التميز. نبحث عن أخصائي منتجات خارجي - منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي والبيانات (Outside Sales Product Specialist - Artificial Intelligence & Data Platforms) للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستكون مسؤولاً عن بيع حلول البنية التحتية للذكاء الاصطناعي ومنصات agentic AI والخدمات المرتبطة بها، مع تقديم الاستشارات الفنية للعملاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة العلاقات مع كبار المسؤولين التقنيين وصناع القرار، مثل كبار مسؤولي البيانات ورؤساء الذكاء الاصطناعي ومهندسي المؤسسات وأصحاب المنصات.
  • إظهار قيمة تقنيات منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي و agentic AI لتعزيز نتائج الأعمال القابلة للقياس لدى العملاء.
  • تقديم رؤى وقيادة فكرية للعملاء حول قابلية تطبيق تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي ومنصات البيانات والاستدلال عالية التعقيد، بما في ذلك نماذج النشر السيادية والمحلية.
  • العمل كمورد تقني لفريق المبيعات لمساعدتهم في تحقيق أهداف محفظة الذكاء الاصطناعي وتجاوزها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • معرفة متقدمة بالبنية التحتية للذكاء الاصطناعي، والحوسبة المتسارعة، والأنظمة البيئية لبرامج الذكاء الاصطناعي، ومجالات التكنولوجيا المجاورة، مع القدرة على وضع وتحديد نطاق الخدمات المهنية عبر حالات استخدام تدريب النماذج وضبطها والاستدلال والتنسيق agentic.
  • فهم قوي لبنيات منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتكوينات خطوط البيانات، بما في ذلك تحديد حجم وحدات معالجة الرسوميات (GPU)، والاعتماديات على التخزين والشبكات، واعتبارات تصميم عبء العمل، وترجمة متطلبات العملاء التقنية إلى نطاق الخدمات وافتراضات التسليم ونتائج التنفيذ.
  • مهارات استثنائية في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي، مع القدرة على التعامل بشكل موثوق مع العملاء وفرق التسليم والمتخصصين التقنيين وموظفي الدعم والقيادة التنفيذية عبر كل من استراتيجية الحلول وتنفيذ الخدمات.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • 8 إلى 12 سنة من الخبرة ذات الصلة في دور بيع علاقاتي، مع تعرض مثبت لمبيعات حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي أو منصات البيانات أو التحليلات.

They directly advise customers on everything from model-serving architectures and accelerated compute configurations, through to consumption models, pricing and availability.

What you'll achieve

As an Outside Sales Product Specialist, you will proactively identify and solve customer business needs by providing subject matter expertise and designing production-grade AI solutions built on Dell's AI Factory portfolio, partner AI software stack and professional services.

You will:
  • Manage relationships with senior level technical personnel and decision makers - Chief Data Officers, Heads of AI, enterprise architects and platform owners
  • Demonstrate the value of AI platform and agentic AI technologies to advance measurable customer business outcomes
  • Provide insight and thought leadership to customers concerning applicability of highly complex AI, data platform and inference technologies, including sovereign and on-premises deployment models
  • Act as a technical resource for the sales organization to help meet and exceed their AI portfolio objectives

Essential Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of AI infrastructure, accelerated computing, AI software ecosystems, and adjacent technology domains, with the ability to position and scope professional services across model training, fine-tuning, inference, and agentic orchestration use cases.
  • Strong understanding of AI platform architectures and data pipeline configurations, including GPU sizing, storage and networking dependencies, workload design considerations, and the translation of customer technical requirements into services scope, delivery assumptions, and implementation outcomes.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with customers, delivery teams, technical specialists, support personnel, and executive leadership across both solution strategy and services execution.
Desirable Requirements
  • 8 to 12 years of related experience in a relationship selling role, with demonstrable exposure to AI, data platform, or analytics solution sales
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
