Role Description

We are looking for a DevSecAIOps Engineer who treats infrastructure as an engineering

discipline and takes ownership of reliability, security, automation, and production

operations. Years of experience are not a deciding factor. Depth of understanding and

quality of execution matter more.

What we expect

• Strong Linux fundamentals, networking, DNS, TLS, load balancing, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience operating PostgreSQL in production, including availability, backups, recovery, monitoring, and performance troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Infrastructure as Code experience in Terraform.
• Experience designing and maintaining secure and reliable CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with monitoring, metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting.
• Understanding of secrets management and access control.
• Experience troubleshooting production systems methodically.
• Understanding of security threats and their mitigations
• Understanding of high availability, backups, disaster recovery, and incident response.
• Leveraging AI to the fullest extent without losing control
