Role Description

A Company Driver is responsible for transporting staff, delivering and collecting packages, and maintaining accurate travel records, including work hours, travel times, and destinations. The driver is also expected to conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure the company vehicle is kept in good working condition at all times.

Qualifications

• Safely transport company staff, products, and materials to and from designated locations in a timely and efficient manner 
• Assist with the loading and offloading of staff luggage, goods, and other materials as needed 
• Plan and adjust travel routes to avoid delays due to traffic congestion, construction, or road hazards 
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and promptly report any traffic violations or tickets issued during working hours 
• Park the company vehicle only in permitted areas to avoid fines, towing, or other penalties 
• Perform regular cleaning (interior and exterior) and routine maintenance of the company vehicle to ensure it remains in good condition 
• Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, including departure and arrival times, mileage, and fuel consumption 
• Report any accidents, vehicle malfunctions, injuries, or other incidents to management immediately 
• Ensure all necessary documentation for the vehicle (e.g., insurance, registration) is valid and updated
