شركة Baker Hughes تبحث عن مهندس أول لإدارة الأسطول (Lead Engineer - Fleet Management) للعمل في المنطقة الشرقية، الدمام، السعودية. ستنضم إلى فريق الخدمات الهندسية الإقليمية للمنتجات، حيث ستكون مسؤولاً عن تقديم الحلول التقنية لأنظمة التحكم في التوربينات الغازية والضواغط والمحركات.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يعمل فريق الخدمات الهندسية الإقليمية للمنتجات على دعم تشغيل وصيانة التوربينات الغازية الثقيلة، والتوربينات الهوائية، والضواغط المركزية، والتوربينات البخارية، وأنظمة التحكم والحماية والملحقات الخاصة بها. كمهندس منتجات خدمي لأنظمة التحكم، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تقديم حلول تقنية في الوقت المناسب لأنظمة التحكم في التوربينات الثقيلة والهوائية وضواغط الغاز، بالإضافة إلى دعم مشكلات المحركات في محركات الدفع EMCC.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الاستجابة لطلبات العملاء الداخليين والخارجيين لحل المشكلات الفنية باستخدام المعرفة التقنية للمنتج والمهارات التحليلية مع الالتزام بالمبادئ والمعايير والممارسات الهندسية السليمة، ورفع القضايا حسب الحاجة والعمل كحلقة وصل بين الفرق الميدانية وفريق التصميم الهندسي لدفع الحلول التقنية وتحديد الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- بناء والحفاظ على العلاقات مع العملاء لضمان فهم متطلباتهم الفنية ومعالجتها في الوقت المناسب.
- قيادة وإدارة برنامج تحليل السبب الجذري والتحقيقات في المشكلات الفنية للمنتج، والتنسيق مع فرق خدمة المنتج والأنظمة والتصميم الهندسي، وتقديم القيادة الفنية للفريق المعني بالمشروع لحل المشكلات الفنية للعملاء.
- إعداد عروض تقديمية تقنية لقادة الشركة والعملاء لضمان التواصل في الوقت المناسب حول القضايا أو التطورات الهامة.
- السفر إلى مواقع العملاء لدعم اجتماعات المراجعة الفنية وتقديم التوصيات، ودعم حالات التوقف غير المخطط لها لتحقيق أهداف الموثوقية والتوفر، وتقديم الدعم الفني للفرق التجارية في أنشطة عروض المبيعات والخدمات.
- التخطيط وتوفير الإشراف الهندسي التقني لفرق الخدمات التعاقدية والخدمات الميدانية أثناء فترات التوقف المخطط لها لتحقيق أهداف الموثوقية والتوفر.
- الشراكة مع فرق التصميم الهندسي والتنسيق مع الموردين الداخليين والخارجيين لتسهيل التنفيذ اللوجستي للحلول التقنية لبرنامج الأسطول.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (إلكترونيات / تحكم وأجهزة / كهرباء وإلكترونيات) أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في تشغيل وصيانة وحل مشكلات أنظمة التحكم للتوربينات الغازية الثقيلة والهوائية وضواغط الغاز، بالإضافة إلى مشكلات المحركات في محركات الدفع EMCC.
- معرفة بأنظمة التحكم MarkVI و MarkVIe و MarkVIeS وأنظمة التحكم في الضواغط.
- معرفة بمحركات التردد المتغير VFDs والمحركات وحمايتها.
- الاستعداد للسفر في وقت قصير بنسبة 20% إلى 25% من الوقت.
- التوفر للعمل خلال عطلات نهاية الأسبوع للدعم الفني الطارئ.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في بيئة قيادة مصفوفية.
- خبرة سابقة في التصميم الهندسي أو الصيانة الميدانية أو دور مواجهة العملاء.
- القدرة على التواصل الفعال مع الجمهور التقني وغير التقني.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فرق والتواصل بوضوح بشأن الطلبات والمتطلبات.
- خبرة في العمل في منظمة عالمية مصفوفية والقدرة على اتخاذ قرارات في الوقت المناسب بناءً على البيانات.
- القدرة على التفاعل الفعال مع جميع مستويات المؤسسة وإظهار القيادة لاتخاذ الإجراءات الهندسية الصحيحة في الظروف الصعبة.
- مبادرة ذاتية مع مهارات تحليلية وتقنية قوية.
- كفاءة تقنية عالية ومهارات حل المشكلات بما في ذلك الإلمام بالأدوات والأنظمة الهندسية ذات الصلة.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي.

As a Lead Product Service Engineer for control Systems, you will be responsible for upholding BH's product integrity by proactively identifying customer issues, investigating technical anomalies, providing technical assessments at both component as well as systems levels, and communicating BH technical solutions to customers. Specific responsibilities include:
- Responding to internal and external customer requests for technical issue resolution, using technical product knowledge and analytical skills while adhering to sound engineering principles, standards, practices, procedures. Escalate issues as required, acting as the liaison between field and design engineering to drive specific technical resolution and to help engineering identify, drive corrective actions.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers to make customers’ technical issues/requirements understood and addressed in a timely manner.
- Leading and program manage root cause analysis/investigation activities for product technical issues. Interface with Product Service, System and Design Engineering teams, providing technical leadership to personnel supporting project assigned to resolve customer technical issues.
- Preparing technical presentations for BH Leaders and Customers ensuring the timely communication of significant issues or developments.
- Traveling to customer locations to:
- - Support customer technical review meetings and present recommendations to champion BH's commitment technical solution
- - Support unplanned/forced outages to meet reliability/availability goals
- - Provide commercial teams with technical support for sales and services proposal activities.
- Planning and providing technical engineering oversight to the Contractual Services and Field Services teams during planned outages to meet reliability and availability goals.
- Partnering with the Design Engineering teams and interface with external and internal suppliers to facilitate the logistical implementation of Fleet Program technical solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will
- Have bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics /Control & Instrumentation/Electrical & Electronics) OR equivalent
- Have 5-10 years’ experience in operation, maintenance & trouble shooting of Heavy Duty, Aero Derivative and compressor control systems and also on Motor issues in EMCC driven train
- Have knowledge of MarkVI, MarkVIe, MarkVIeS & Compressor Controls system Have knowledge of VFDs, Motors & its protection
- Be ready to travel at short notice 20 to 25% of the time. Be available to work during weekends for emergency technical support.
- Have experience in a matrix leadership environment Have prior experience in design engineering or field maintenance /customer service facing role.
- Be able to communicate effectively both to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Be able to work well with teams and communicate requests and requirements clearly.
- Have experience working in global, matrix organization & ability to make timely and sound decisions based on data.
- Be able to interface effectively with all levels of an organization and demonstrate leadership to pursue correct engineering actions in adverse conditions or situations.
- Be self-starter with strong technical and analytical skills
- Have strong technical aptitude & problem-solving skills including awareness of applicable engineering tools and systems.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Be fluent in English & considered preference for Arabic speaking.
