المهام والمسؤوليات
- تسليم قطع الغيار والمعدات للعملاء ومواقع الوكالة الأخرى وحسابات الجملة والموردين بأمان.
- الحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية مع العملاء من خلال التفاعل المهني واللطيف.
- التحقق من تطابق قطع الغيار والمعدات المُسلَّمة مع الفواتير قبل مغادرة الوكالة وعند التسليم.
- تحميل وتفريغ مركبات التوصيل مع التعامل مع القطع بحرص.
- تحسين مسارات التوصيل لتحقيق الكفاءة والخدمة في الوقت المناسب.
- إجراء فحوصات الصيانة الأساسية للمركبة، بما في ذلك التزود بالوقود ومستوى الزيت وضغط الإطارات والنظافة.
- إعادة قطع الغيار غير المُسلَّمة واستكمال الأوراق في نهاية كل وردية.
- المساعدة في تخزين وتنظيم المخزون حسب الحاجة.
- الالتزام بجميع معايير السلامة الخاصة بالشركة ولوائح المرور.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول مع سجل قيادة نظيف.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- القدرة على رفع حتى 50 رطلاً (حوالي 23 كجم) دون مساعدة.
- القدرة على المشي والرفع والوصول والانحناء والوقوف والإمساك والتوازن والتسلق والركوع والانبطاح لفترات طويلة.
- القدرة على فحص العيوب الصغيرة بصريًا وتفسير فواتير التسليم بدقة.
- العمل بأمان في بيئة سريعة الخطى والتعرض لظروف جوية مختلفة ومستويات ضوضاء معتدلة.
- الخبرة السابقة في توصيل قطع الغيار أو إدارة المخزون أو خدمة العملاء ميزة إضافية ولكنها غير مطلوبة.
- الخبرة السابقة في صناعة السيارات أو الشاحنات أو قطع الغيار مفضلة ولكنها غير إلزامية.

At Kriete Truck Centers, our Parts Delivery Drivers play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of heavy-duty truck parts and equipment to our customers. This position is customer-facing and requires a high level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail. Delivery drivers are responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our customers while ensuring parts are delivered safely, efficiently, and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely pick up and deliver parts and equipment to customers, other dealership locations, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers through professional and courteous interactions.
- Verify that delivered parts and equipment match invoices before leaving the dealership and at the time of delivery.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles while ensuring parts are handled with care.
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and timely service.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks, including fueling, oil levels, tire pressure, and cleanliness.
- Return undelivered parts and complete paperwork at the end of each shift.
- Assist with stocking and organizing inventory as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and traffic regulations.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Previous experience in parts delivery, inventory management, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to walk, lift, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
- Ability to visually inspect small defects and accurately interpret delivery invoices.
- Must work safely in a fast-paced environment with exposure to various weather conditions and moderate noise levels.
- Previous experience in the automotive, trucking, or parts industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
