يسعى مشاريع أنظمة الطاقة الكهربائية التابعة لشركة السويدي (ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC POWER SYSTEMS PROJECTS) إلى توظيف مسؤول للصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE Officer) في مكة وجدة، السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • إجراء التقييم اليومي والفحص والمراقبة في موقع العمل لجميع جوانب الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وفقاً لخطة العمل المعتمدة.
  • الإبلاغ عن أي انحرافات للمستوى الإداري الأعلى، والمساهمة في توثيق متطلبات نظام الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مساعدة المستوى الإداري الأعلى في متابعة تنفيذ متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للمشروع واللوائح ذات الصلة ومتطلبات العميل.
  • المشاركة في مراقبة أنشطة الإنشاءات وفحص المرافق، والتأكد من تنفيذها وفقاً لخطة الفحص والاختبار الخاصة بالمشروع.
  • متابعة تنفيذ جميع الإجراءات والأعمال والخدمات التي تقوم بها وظائف الموقع وفقاً لمتطلبات تحليل المخاطر، وتصاريح العمل، وخطط الرفع، وخطط الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • متابعة الإجراءات مع المقاولين من الباطن بناءً على نتائج الزيارات الميدانية وإجراءات الاجتماعات وخطط تحسين الأداء.
  • الإبلاغ عن أي حوادث تحدث في نطاق مسؤوليته مثل: الأفعال غير الآمنة، والظروف غير الآمنة، والحوادث الوشيكة، أو الإصابات.
  • يحق له إيقاف أي عمل غير آمن أو غير مطابق لخطة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة للمشروع أو إجراءات الشركة أو معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
  • المحافظة على معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والامتثال لمتطلبات نظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الخاص بالشركة.
  • العناية المعقولة بصحته وسلامته وصحة وسلامة الآخرين في مكان العمل.
  • اتباع والحفاظ على معايير الجودة الخاصة بالشركة وفقاً لمتطلبات نظام الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في أي تخصص ذي صلة.
  • شهادة OSHA General and Construction.
  • إجادة تقييم المخاطر (Risk Assessment).
  • الإبلاغ والتحقيق في الحوادث (Accident Reporting and Investigation).
  • السلامة من الحرائق والإسعافات الأولية (Fire Safety and First Aid).
  • مهارات جيدة في اللغة الإنجليزية واستخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
  • يفضل الحصول على شهادة NIOSH في تخصص الصحة والسلامة المهنية.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB


  • To conduct day-to-day workplace assessment, inspection, and monitoring for all HSE aspects as per the Project HSE action plan. And to report any deviations to the senior level, with assistance in the HSE documentation.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Assist the senior and lead level in following up on the implementation of the project HSE requirements, HSE regulations, all relevant legislation and client requirements.
  • Participate with the senior and lead level in monitoring the construction activities and facilities inspection and make sure that these are executed as per the project HSE inspection and testing plan.
  • Follow up on the implementation of all actions, works and services undertaken by the site functions in accordance with the respective of the MSRA, PTW, lifting plans and corrective action plans.
  • Follow up on the actions with the subcontractors as per the walk-down results, meeting actions, and the performance review action plans.
  • Report any incidents that happen in his area such as: Unsafe acts, Unsafe conditions, near-misses, or Accidents
  • Have the right to stop unsafe work or nonconformity works against the project HSE plan, company procedures, or HSE standards.


SAFETY AND QUALITY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Maintain standards of HSE and comply with Company’s HSE Management System requirements
  • Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.
  • Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.



Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related major.
  • OSHA General and Construction
  • Risk Assessment
  • Accident Reporting and Investigation
  • Fire Safety and First Aid
  • Possesses Good English language skills and Microsoft Office skills
  • +2 years of experience in HSE.


Preferred Requirements:

NIOSH- Occupational Health and Safety Specialist
