About Us.

MISAC, Midea Shaker Company is collaboration between Midea Residential Air Conditioners (Midea RAC) and Midea Building Technologies (Midea MBT) with Hussein & Al-Hassan G. Shaker Bros. for Modern Trading Co. LTD (HH-Shaker) aims to establish a joint venture encompassing local manufacturing and sales, dedicated to breaking into the HVAC engineering market.

As the political and economic hub of the Middle East, Saudi Arabia has witnessed rapid development in its infrastructure and engineering sectors under the Vision 2030. MISAC is actively responding to the initiatives of investing in Saudi and local manufacturing, as well as the sustainable development strategy. Leveraging advanced energy-saving technologies and intelligent products, MISAC provides efficient, low-carbon HVAC solutions for the local market, which are widely applied across various fields including residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and large-scale public facilities.

What you will do:

• Partner with line managers to support daily operational HR needs and team development.
• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and pipeline building for key roles.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and onboarding initiatives.
• Help align people operations with broader business objectives using data and practical solutions.

Requirements.

• Nationality: Saudi National
• Proven operational experience across general HR functions (employee relations, policy, and lifecycle management).
• Hands-on recruitment experience across various levels.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to turn business needs into actionable HR plans.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience.
