شركة أوتاد العقارية، المتخصصة في إدارة الممتلكات والصيانة والتطوير والتشغيل، تبحث عن قائد تقني مطور ODOO للعمل في الرياض. سيلعب المرشح دورًا محوريًا في توجيه اتجاه تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) وتقنية المعلومات بشكل عام، مع التركيز على الكفاءة التشغيلية والتعاون بين الإدارات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وتنسيق قسم تقنية المعلومات بالكامل ومشاريعه.
- قيادة مشاريع تقنية متعددة الوظائف والإشراف على التنسيق بين فرق الأعمال وتقنية المعلومات.
- تصميم حلول ERP تتوافق مع احتياجات الأعمال والتشغيل.
- استكشاف مشاكل ERP وتطبيقات الأعمال وإصلاحها لضمان عمليات موثوقة.
- إدارة فرق تقنية المعلومات والبائعين الخارجيين مع الحفاظ على تواصل فعال مع أصحاب المصلحة من قطاع الأعمال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، هندسة البرمجيات، أو نظم المعلومات.
- خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر في تطوير ODOO والقيادة التقنية.
- إتقان قوي للغة Python و PostgreSQL مع خبرة في تخصيص وحدات Odoo.
- خبرة في إدارة مشاريع تقنية متعددة الوظائف بما في ذلك التنسيق والتسليم.
- القدرة على تصميم حلول ERP تتوافق مع احتياجات الأعمال والتشغيل.
- خبرة في استكشاف مشاكل ERP أو تطبيقات الأعمال.
- خبرة في إدارة فرق تقنية المعلومات والبائعين الخارجيين مع القدرة على التواصل بفعالية مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- الإقامة الحالية في الرياض أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها، مع إمكانية حضور المقابلات في الرياض.

As ODOO Developer Technical Lead, you will play a central role in guiding the company's ERP and wider IT direction. You will combine technical leadership with operational oversight, helping ensure that business systems support day-to-day needs while enabling future growth and improvement across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the whole IT department and IT projects
- Lead cross-functional technology projects and oversee project coordination across business and IT teams
- Design ERP solutions aligned with business and operational needs
- Troubleshoot ERP and business application issues to support reliable operations
- Manage IT teams and external vendors while maintaining effective communication with business stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems
- 5+ years of experience in Odoo development and technical leadership
- Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL, with expertise in Odoo module customization
- Experience managing cross-functional technology projects, including project coordination and delivery
- Ability to design ERP solutions aligned with business and operational needs
- Experience troubleshooting ERP or business application issues
- Experience managing IT teams and external vendors, with the ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders
- Currently based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh, and available to attend interviews in Riyadh
