Main Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival with courtesy and professionalism.
- Assist with luggage during arrival and departure, ensuring careful and efficient handling.
- Identify VIP guests, frequent guests, or those with special needs and provide tailored assistance.
- Escort guests to their rooms, briefly and courteously introducing the hotel’s facilities and services.
- Maintain organization of the lobby, entrance hall, and exterior areas under their responsibility.
- Coordinate with Reception, Concierge, and Valet to ensure smooth arrival and departure flow.
- Assist with internal transport of packages, luggage, or personal belongings as requested.
- Provide basic information about hotel services and local attractions using warm and empathetic communication.
- Ensure the safety of guests’ belongings during transport and storage.
- Adhere to hotel standards regarding conduct, personal presentation, and hospitality.
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong communication skills, friendliness, and professional posture.
- Physical ability to lift and move luggage.
- Schedule flexibility (shift work including weekends and holidays).
