The BIM Engineer will work full time on-site in Jīzān, collaborating closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to develop and manage Building Information Models for complex projects. Responsibilities include creating, updating, and coordinating BIM models, producing detailed construction drawings, and ensuring design information is accurate and consistent across disciplines. The role involves supporting architecture, civil, and MEP teams with clash detection, model validation, and documentation for fabrication and installation. The BIM Engineer will also contribute to workflow optimization, maintain BIM standards, and assist in preparing technical reports and project deliverables aligned with Outdoor Factory MEA’s quality and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM), including model creation, coordination, and clash detection.
• Candidates should possess skills in producing and interpreting Construction Drawings for multi-disciplinary projects.
• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture-related design coordination within a BIM environment.
• Candidates should possess skills in Civil Engineering, including structural and site coordination within BIM models.
• Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination and integration into BIM workflows.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and familiarity with CAD tools.
• Experience in construction or design-build projects, preferably in themed environments or specialized fit-out works.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively on-site, and effective communication skills in a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes, standards, and project documentation practices; prior experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
