تعلن شركة Hogan Lovells Cadwalader عن فرصة وظيفية لمحامين تنظيميين (Regulatory Lawyers) في مكتبها بالرياض. ساعات العمل من الأحد إلى الخميس، 42.5 ساعة أسبوعياً (قد تتطلب ساعات إضافية).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قد تُراجع المسؤوليات أو المهام المحددة من وقت لآخر لتعكس التغييرات في هيكل الموظفين والإدارة، أو موقع الموظفين، أو الخدمات.
- المشاركة في برنامج الأعمال المسؤولة (Responsible Business) الخاص بالشركة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة عمل جيدة وفهم للمبادئ القانونية المرتبطة بنطاق العمل المذكور أعلاه، مع التطوير الاستباقي لهذه المعرفة.
- الوعي بالتطورات القانونية التي تؤثر على أي مجالات تخصصية وحضور الدورات التدريبية المناسبة بانتظام.

Key Responsibilities
Specific duties or responsibilities may be reviewed from time to time to reflect changes in personnel and management structure, staff location or services. All members of the firm participate in our Responsible Business program.
Technical Ability
We have openings for regulatory lawyers. Regulatory experience gained within a top tier firm in the region is preferred. It is essential that candidates have a strong academic background with excellent written communication and drafting skills. The successful candidates will also have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team.
