Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children with communication, speech, language, and swallowing difficulties in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based speech and language therapy sessions, and monitoring progress. The role involves close collaboration with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support each child’s functional independence and integration into educational and social environments. The Speech Language Pathologist will also contribute to documentation, reporting, and awareness-raising activities related to communication disorders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide comprehensive Speech Therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention.
• Strong clinical skills in managing Speech and Language Disorders in children from birth to 12 years of age.
• Experience working with Communication Disorders, including articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication challenges.
• Competence in assessing and treating Dysphagia and related feeding and swallowing issues in pediatric populations.
• Relevant academic degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution.
• Current professional licensure or eligibility for licensure/registration as a Speech Language Pathologist in Saudi Arabia, as applicable.
• Prior experience in pediatric rehabilitation or working with children with disabilities in a clinical or educational setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and culturally sensitive care.
• Proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial; English language skills are an advantage for documentation and collaboration.
