تسعى شركة beOnd، أول شركة طيران ترفيهية فاخرة في العالم، إلى تعيين مدير السلامة لهيئة الطيران المدني السعودي (GACA) في الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تُعنى هذه الوظيفة بإدارة وتطوير نظام إدارة السلامة (SMS) لشركة الطيران في المملكة العربية السعودية، تحت إشراف الرئيس التنفيذي المسؤول، وتتطلب ترشيحاً يقبل به رئيس هيئة الطيران المدني (GACA).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على نظام إدارة السلامة (SMS) وتطبيقه عبر شهادة المشغل الجوي السعودي (AOC).
- قيادة عمليات تحديد المخاطر، وإدارة المخاطر، وضمان السلامة، وتعزيز ثقافة الإبلاغ العادلة.
- إدارة مؤشرات أداء السلامة، ومجلس مراجعة السلامة، وأنشطة تعزيز السلامة.
- تقديم رقابة مستقلة على أنشطة التشغيل والصيانة.
- التواصل مع هيئة الطيران المدني (GACA) في مسائل السلامة وعمليات التدقيق ونتائجها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شغل المنصب بدوام كامل (وفقاً لمادة GACAR 121.45(a)).
- التأهيل من خلال التدريب والخبرة والاختصاص في إدارة السلامة الجوية.
- فهم كامل للوائح GACAR، ومواصفات التشغيل، ومتطلبات صلاحية الطيران السارية، ودليل التشغيل، مع قبول رئيس هيئة الطيران المدني (GACA) للمرشح (وفقاً لمادتي GACAR 121.45(e), (g)).
- مؤهل معترف به في إدارة السلامة وخبرة عملية في تطبيق نظام إدارة السلامة (SMS) (مستحب).
- خبرة في إنشاء شهادة مشغل جوي (AOC) (مستحب).
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة؛ اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية (مستحب).

We are seeking a Director of Safety for our Saudi Arabia AOC (General Authority of Civil Aviation), based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Director of Safety is appointed by, and reports to, the Accountable Executive, and is responsible for:
This is a required management position under GACAR Part 121.45. The post is full-time and the successful candidate must be acceptable to GACA (the President) based on experience, competence and knowledge, with a full understanding of the GACAR, the operations specifications, applicable airworthiness requirements and the operations manual (GACAR 121.45(e), (g)).

The Director of Safety is appointed by, and reports to, the Accountable Executive, and is responsible for:
- Own and administer the Safety Management System (SMS) across the Saudi AOC
- Lead hazard identification, risk management, safety assurance and a just reporting culture
- Manage safety performance indicators, the safety review board and safety promotion
- Provide independent safety oversight of operations and maintenance activities
- Interface with GACA on safety matters, audits and findings
This is a required management position under GACAR Part 121.45. The post is full-time and the successful candidate must be acceptable to GACA (the President) based on experience, competence and knowledge, with a full understanding of the GACAR, the operations specifications, applicable airworthiness requirements and the operations manual (GACAR 121.45(e), (g)).
Mandatory
- Serve full time in the position (GACAR 121.45(a))
- Qualified through training, experience and expertise in aviation safety management
- Full understanding of the GACAR, the operations specifications, applicable airworthiness requirements and the operations manual; must be acceptable to GACA (GACAR 121.45(e), (g))
- Recognised safety-management qualification and SMS implementation experience
- AOC stand-up experience
- Fluent English; Arabic advantageous
