Role Description The E-Biker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The E-Biker is responsible for operating an electric bicycle to complete deliveries or assigned tasks efficiently and safely within designated routes and timeframes. Typical duties include collecting items from specified locations, ensuring accurate and secure handling, and delivering them to customers or internal destinations. The role involves following traffic and safety regulations, performing basic checks on the e-bike, reporting any maintenance issues, and maintaining clear communication with supervisors or dispatch. The E-Biker is expected to provide courteous service, follow company procedures, and contribute to smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate an electric bicycle for extended periods, with good physical stamina and awareness of road and traffic regulations.
• Strong reliability and time management skills, including punctuality, route adherence, and meeting delivery targets.
• Basic communication skills to interact professionally with customers, colleagues, and supervisors, and to follow instructions accurately.
• Attention to detail in handling and verifying items, documenting deliveries, and following safety and operational procedures.
• Basic technical aptitude to perform simple e-bike checks (battery, brakes, tires) and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.
• Previous experience in delivery, courier services, or a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred; familiarity with local routes in Riyadh is beneficial.
