Role Description This full-time, on-site Journeyman Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician role is based in the Al-Jawf Region. The technician will install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation, and related controls. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, performing preventive maintenance, checking electrical components, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. The role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, coordinating with other trades such as plumbing and electrical, and adhering to environmental and safety regulations. The technician will also document work performed, communicate clearly with supervisors and clients, and support continuous improvement of service quality and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong HVAC troubleshooting skills, including diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and airflow issues.
• Candidates should possess plumbing-related skills relevant to HVAC systems, such as condensate drainage, piping, and system connections.
• Candidates should possess preventive maintenance skills, including inspections, cleaning, filter changes, and performance checks.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of EPA-related regulations and best practices for handling refrigerants and environmental compliance.
• Candidates should possess practical electricity skills, including working with circuits, wiring, controls, and safety procedures.
• Relevant technical certification or journeyman-level qualification in HVAC or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and familiarity with local building and safety codes are beneficial.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics, use HVAC diagnostic tools, and maintain accurate service records is required.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work safely and collaboratively on-site are essential.
