We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and curious writer who can transform complex business, AI, workplace, HR, HRTech, Talent, and technology developments into intelligent, engaging, and highly discoverable stories. This is not a traditional content writing role. You will work at the intersection of research, business analysis, storytelling, executive communication, and trend intelligence

What You’ll Do

Research and write insightful stories on AI, leadership, HR, HRTech, Talent, workplace, startups, business, and technology

Identify emerging trends, weak signals, and high-impact narratives

Convert reports, news, and data into compelling articles and explainers

Create SEO, GEO, and AI-discoverable content optimized for modern search and LLM ecosystems

Work closely on story ideation, positioning, headlines, and narrative framing

Produce authoritative long-form and short-form content for business audiences

What We’re Looking For

Strong writing and storytelling ability

Excellent research and analytical thinking skills

Deep curiosity about AI, business, technology, leadership, and workplace trends

Understanding of SEO, GEO, LLMs, Citations, modern digital publishing, and discoverability

Ability to think independently and generate original angles

Experience in journalism, research, consulting, or media strategy

You’ll help build a next-generation intelligence-led media brand focused on the future of work, leadership, AI, and business transformation.
