المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال ومساعدة العملاء بأسلوب مهني وجذاب
- فهم احتياجات العملاء وتقديم توصيات مناسبة للمنتجات
- الحفاظ على معرفة عميقة بمجموعة المنتجات لتقديم استشارات متخصصة
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الفردية والجماعية ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية
- ضمان أن تكون صالة العرض مرتبة ومنظمة ومخزنة بالكامل في جميع الأوقات
- إجراء معاملات نقاط البيع والإرجاع والاستبدال بدقة
- دعم الحملات الترويجية والفعاليات الداخلية وإطلاق المنتجات
- بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء لتعزيز تكرار الزيارات
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة في مبيعات التجزئة، ويفضل في قطاع الرفاهية أو التجميل
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية
- التوجه نحو العملاء مع شغف بتقديم خدمة استثنائية
- مظهر لائق وموثوقية وقدرة قوية على العمل ضمن فريق
- القدرة على العمل بساعات مرنة تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطل الرسمية حسب الحاجة
- إجادة اللغة العربية؛ الإنجليزية الأساسية ميزة إضافية
- الإقامة القابلة للتحويل ميزة إضافية (للمتقدمين غير السعوديين)

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Saudi Sales Advisor to join our showroom team in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product range to deliver expert advice
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure the showroom is well-presented, organized, and stocked at all times
- Handle POS transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Support promotional campaigns, in-store events, and product launches
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or beauty segments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Well-presented, reliable, and a strong team player
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
- Fluency in Arabic; basic English is an advantage
- Transferable Iqama is a plus (for non-Saudi applicants)
