• Budget & Cost Control.
• Financial Analysis.
• Financial Operations.

JOB DETAILS

Division: Finance Group:

REPORTS TO: FP&A Manager (100%)

LIAISE/COOPERATE WITH: Internal: Functional Departments.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES

Budgeting/Cost Control/Financial Analysis & Reporting:

• Reviewing key project costs and monthly budget reports
• Reviewing purchase requests for budget availability and cost control.
• Assisting and building purposeful excel analysis and reporting.
• Assisting in preparation of cost forecasts, in collaboration with departments / functions (including setting up formats / templates).

Other Tasks:

• Supporting the manager in ad-hoc financial analysis or reporting tasks.
• Supporting the manager in accounting reconciliations, where required.
• Preparation of power-point presentations, where required.
• Assist in detailed process documentations for cost control and reporting.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Essential Education and/or Qualifications:

• Required bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance or Accounting.

Desired Education and/or Qualifications:

• Required bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance or Accounting.
• FMVA Certification.
• SOCPA registration.

Minimum Years of Experience in Similar Job Role

3-4 MINIMUM YEARS

SKILLS / TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AREAS:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills to develop and manage strong working.
• relationships across the whole company and with external 3rd parties.
• Understanding of accounting principles & financial statements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizing ability & time management.
• Experience in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a necessity.
