سيارة، المنصة الرائدة في التجارة الإلكترونية لقطاع السيارات، تبحث عن قائد للخزينة (Treasury Lead) في مكتبها بالرياض، للإشراف على العمليات اليومية للخزينة وضمان إدارة التدفقات النقدية بدقة وكفاءة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على عمليات التسوية البنكية اليومية وضمان دقة الأرصدة النقدية.
- إدارة التخطيط اليومي للتدفقات النقدية ومتطلبات السيولة.
- الإشراف على جميع عمليات المدفوعات الواردة والصادرة والتحكم بها.
- متابعة الإدارات الداخلية لضمان سداد المدفوعات والتحصيلات في الوقت المحدد.
- الحفاظ على تواصل فعال مع البنوك والمؤسسات المالية الخارجية.
- مراقبة أنشطة الخزينة لضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة وضوابطها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أدوار الخزينة أو إدارة النقد.
- فهم قوي لعمليات البنوك وإدارة التدفقات النقدية.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة.
- قدرات تواصل وإدارة علاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة قوية.
- يفضّل من لديه خبرة في أنظمة ERP والأنظمة البنكية.

- Oversee daily bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash balances
- Manage daily cash flow planning and liquidity requirements
- Supervise and control all inward and outward payment processes
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely payments and collections
- Maintain effective communication with banks and external financial institutions
- Monitor treasury activities to ensure compliance with company policies and controls
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in treasury or cash management roles
- Strong understanding of banking operations and cash flow management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with ERP and banking systems is preferred
