شركة ADES - Advanced Energy Systems تعلن عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة Night Tool Pusher للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

الإشراف على عمليات الحفر والتحكم بها خلال الفترة المسائية (الوردية الليلية)، وضمان إتمام عمليات الحفر والآبار بنجاح بالتنسيق الوثيق مع مدير المنصة البحرية (OIM) أو نيابة عنه عند الحاجة، مع مراعاة سلامة الأفراد والمعدات والبيئة لتحقيق أقصى كفاءة تشغيلية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • ضمان سلامة الأفراد والمعدات وكفاءة العمليات على منصة الحفر والمناطق المرتبطة بها.
  • تخطيط وجدولة أنشطة الحفر وجميع الأعمال المساندة، وتوجيه الفريق نحو تحقيق الأداء الأمثل وفقاً لمتطلبات العميل.
  • التأكد من أن أي انحراف عن خطة البئر (Game Plan) يحصل على موافقة مدير المنصة، وأن ممثل العميل يوثق ذلك كتابياً.
  • التشاور مع مدير المنصة وممثل العميل بشأن سير برنامج الحفر والعمليات المرتبطة، وإطلاع الحفّار على أهداف البرنامج الجاري وأي تغييرات في الخطط.
  • تخفيف العبء عن الحفّار عند الحاجة التشغيلية من خلال العمل على لوحة تحكم الحفّار.
  • التأكد من تجهيز جميع المعدات اللازمة للمرحلة التالية من برنامج الحفر / الصيانة.
  • مساعدة فريق الحفر والإشراف عليهم في موقع العمل طوال الوقت، وضمان وقت كافٍ للدوران واستقرار البئر أثناء الرفع والتنزيل وعند التعامل مع مشاكل البئر.
  • تشغيل وحدة الحفر وفقاً لأدلة الحفر والتحكم في الآبار الخاصة بالشركة، ومراجعة والموافقة على جميع تصاريح العمل المتعلقة بالحفر.
  • التأكد من استيفاء متطلبات التحكم في الآبار حسب الاحتياجات التشغيلية، والمساعدة في الإشراف على عمليات قتل الآبار في أي حالة طارئة.
  • تخطيط ومراقبة معايير التحكم في الآبار الشاملة للكشف المبكر عن أي مؤشرات مشكلة والاستجابة السريعة.
  • صيانة واختبار معدات التحكم في الآبار بانتظام وفقاً لمتطلبات الشركة والعميل لضمان جاهزيتها وفعاليتها في الحالات الحرجة.
  • إجراء جميع حسابات التحكم في الآبار (زيادة وزن الطين، ضغوط التدوير الأولية والنهائية، عدد الضربات، إلخ).
  • المشاركة في فريق الاستجابة للطوارئ على الحفّار وفق خطة الطوارئ وإجراءات الشركة.
  • التأكد من تدريب جميع الأفراد على الإجراءات الواجب اتباعها في حالات الطوارئ.
  • التأكد من إجراء تدريبات السلامة العامة والتحكم في الآبار وتسجيلها وفقاً لمتطلبات الشركة.
  • مساعدة مدير المنصة في ضمان وجود مخزون كافٍ من قطع الغيار والمواد اللازمة لأعمال الحفر والعمليات المساندة حسب الالتزامات التعاقدية.
  • التأكد من إتمام الصيانة المخططة وإصلاح معدات الحفر (الرفع، مضخات الطين، محرك الدوران العلوي، الطاولة الدوارة، مانع الانفجار) وتوثيقها للحفاظ على حالتها المثلى وتوفر الأدوات المطلوبة.
  • القيام بالمهام المرتبطة بتجهيز الحفّار للنقل البحري، والتأكد من تثبيت ذراع الحفر (cantilever) ومنصة الحفر ومعدات الحفر بشكل صحيح بواسطة فريق الحفر قبل النقل.
  • تعزيز والحفاظ على علاقة عمل فعّالة مع الإدارات الأخرى والعاملين من الأطراف الثالثة وممثلي العميل.
  • الاستجابة لطلبات العميل واحتياجاته المتعلقة بالمواد والمعدات والأفراد بعد الحصول على الموافقة الإدارية المناسبة.
  • الحفاظ على السجلات والسجلات المناسبة، وتقديم التقارير المطلوبة في الوقت المحدد وفقاً لبروتوكولات الشركة والمعايير التنظيمية.
  • إعداد تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب تشمل تقارير الحفر اليومية وتقارير حالة المعدات وتقارير الحوادث لتوثيق أنشطة الحفر والأداء التشغيلي.
  • تقديم تعليمات واضحة للفريق بشأن واجباتهم ومسؤولياتهم وإجراءات السلامة اللازمة قبل بدء العمل.
  • توجيه وتطوير وتدريب الفريق لضمان عمليات آمنة وفعالة.
  • تحديد فرص تطوير المهارات والتقدم الوظيفي، والعمل على دعم النمو المهني لأعضاء الفريق.
  • التأكد من حصول الفريق على التدريب اللازم لأداء مهامهم بأمان وفعالية من خلال التدريب أثناء العمل والتدريب الصفي والمشاركة في تدريبات السلامة.
  • دعم والمشاركة الفعّالة في برنامج ضمان الكفاءة (Competency Assurance Program) الخاص بالشركة للفريق.
  • تقييم أداء الفريق بناءً على تغذية راجعة مستمرة وعادلة، وتحديد مجالات التحسين، ودفع عملية ADVANCE لترسيخ ثقافة إدارة الأداء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الحد الأدنى من التعليم: شهادة ثانوية عامة أو مؤهل مهني/تقني.
  • 15 سنة خبرة عمل كحد أدنى في عمليات الحفر والصيانة مع مقاولي حفر مرموقين، مع مسيرة مهنية تشمل العمل كمساعد حفّار وحفّار ومشرف حفر (Tool Pusher).
  • سنتان خبرة كحد أدنى في منصب مشرف حفر (Tool Pusher).
  • خبرة عمل سابقة على منصات الحفر البحرية.
  • مستوى متوسط في اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة وتحدث).
  • إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج Microsoft Office.
  • مهارات رياضية متقدمة (جمع، طرح، قسمة، ضرب)، ممارسة الحفر، سوائل الحفر.
  • الوعي الظرفي، التواصل، العمل الجماعي، عوامل تشكيل الأداء - الإجهاد والتعب، فحص العمل.
  • القدرة على تسلق السلالم بشكل منتظم.
  • القدرة على الانحناء والالتواء والوقوف بشكل منتظم.
  • القدرة على العمل في الهواء الطلق تحت جميع الظروف الجوية القاسية (الضجيج، الرطوبة، البرد، الحرارة).
  • القدرة على العمل حتى 12 ساعة في اليوم أثناء ورديته.

Job Summary

 JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervise and control the entire drilling operation activities during the night shift, ensuring the successful completion of the well and drilling activities while liaising closely with OIM or deputize for the OIM as and when required. At all times considering the safety of personnel, the environment, and equipment to maximize drilling operation efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

Drilling Operations:

  • Ensures the safety of personnel, equipment, and the efficiency of operations on the drill floor and other drilling operation associated areas.
  • Plans and schedules all drilling and associated activity. Directs personnel towards achieving optimum job performance according to the client’s requirements.
  • Ensures any deviation from client well plan (Game Plan) is approved by OIM, and that Client representative has documented in written form.
  • Consult with the OIM and Client’s Representative regarding the progress of the Drilling program and associated operations, keeping the driller informed about the ongoing drilling program objectives and communicating any changes in plans.
  • Relieve the Driller at the Driller’s console as operational requirement demands.
  • Ensures that all necessary equipment is ready for the next phase of the Drilling / Workover program.
  • Assists & supervises drilling crew at the worksite at all relevant times, ensuring circulating time is sufficient and the well is stable on trips, when the BHA is being worked and whenever there is a hole problem.
  • Operates the drilling unit with strict adherence to company Drilling & Well Control manuals, by reviewing and approving all drilling related work permits.

Well Control

  • Ensure that well control requirements are in place according to operational requirements - assist in supervising well killing operations in any well control situation.
  • Plans & monitors comprehensive well control parameters to proactively identify any signs of well control issues for early detection and swift response.
  • Maintains and regularly tests well control equipment, in accordance with Company’s and Client’s requirement, ensuring its readiness and effectiveness in critical situations.
  • Perform all well control calculations (i.e., mud weight increase, initial and final circulating pressures, number of strokes, etc.).

Management Of Major Emergencies

  • To be part of the Rig’s Emergency Response Team as detailed in the Emergency Plan and Company Procedures.
  • Ensure that all personnel are instructed in the procedures to be adopted in the case of an emergency.
  • Ensure that Well Control and general safety drills are held and recorded in accordance with Company requirements.

Materials Equipment

  • Assist the OIM in ensuring the installation has sufficient stock of parts and materials to perform drilling and associated operations as per contractual requirements.
  • Ensure planned maintenance and repair of drilling equipment including drawworks, mud pumps, top drive, rotary table, and BOP are completed and documented to ensure optimum condition and proper availability of required tools.

Rig Move

  • Carries out related duties to prepare the rig for towing, ensure the cantilever, rig floor and drilling equipment are correctly secured by the drilling crew prior to the rig move.

Client Management

  • Promote and maintain an effective working relationship with other departments, third party personnel and client representatives.
  • Responds to client requests and needs concerning materials, equipment, and personnel after getting adequate management approval.

Reporting And Documentation

  • Maintains proper logs and records, promptly submitting required reports as per company protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports, including daily drilling reports, equipment status reports and incident reports, to document drilling activities and operational performance.

People Management & Development

  • Provide clear instructions to their team regarding their duties, responsibilities, and any necessary safety precautions prior to commencing work.
  • Mentor, develop and train their team to ensure safe and effective operations.
  • Identifies opportunities for skill and career advancement, works to support the professional growth of their team members.
  • Ensure their team receives the necessary required training to perform their duties safely and effectively through on-the-job training, classroom training and participation in safety drills and exercises.
  • Support, promote and actively participate in ADES’s Competency Assurance Program for their team.
  • Evaluates the performance of their team on constant and fair feedback basis, identify areas for improvement, drive ADVANCE process to formalize a performance management culture.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum education level required: High School or Vocational/Technical Qualification.
  • Minimum (15) years of working experience in drilling and workover operations with reputable drilling contractors with a career history showing time served as an Assistant Driller, Driller and Tool Pusher.
  • Minimum two (2) years in tool pusher position.
  • Must have working experience on Offshore rigs.

Skills/Competencies Required

  • Intermediate level in English language (written & spoken).
  • PC literate in Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced Mathematical skills “adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying”, drilling practice, drilling fluids.”
  • Situation Awareness, Communication, Teamwork, Performance shaping factors- stress and fatigue, inspecting work.

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly climbing (stairs, ladders).
  • Regularly bending, twisting, and standing.
  • Ability to work outdoors under all extreme weather conditions (Noise / Humidity / Cold / Heat).
  • Ability to work up to 12 hours/day during his shift.

Certifications

  • As per ADES Training Matrix.
  • Valid Well Control (Well Sharp / IADC) Certificate
