Job Title: Strategy & Performance Management Specialist - Digital Platforms (Cascade)

(Saudis Preferred)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Strategy & Performance Management Specialist to join our team in Riyadh and support the implementation of Cascade, a leading Strategy Execution and Management platform, across engagements with our clients in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong understanding of strategy execution and performance management with hands-on experience working with business platforms, performance systems, and management dashboards. He/She should be bilingual in Arabic and English and possess strong communication, presentation, reporting and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of our consulting and implementation team, you will:

• Work closely with client Strategy Management Offices, Performance Management teams, and senior stakeholders throughout implementation projects.
• Support clients in translating their strategies into structured digital strategy and performance management systems.
• Configure and implement Cascade based on client strategy, organizational structure, and performance management requirements.
• Structure and configure balanced scorecards, strategic objectives, KPIs, targets, strategic initiatives, and organizational alignment/cascading.
• Work with clients to define performance measurement and reporting requirements.
• Support the development and configuration of management dashboards, reports, and performance views.
• Support strategy execution and performance review meetings with the analysis of strategy and performance data to identify gaps, trends, and areas requiring management attention.

As you grow into a more senior position, you will:

• Participate in Strategy formulation and alignment workshops
• Conduct client workshops, demonstrations, training, and user onboarding
• Prepare professional reports, presentations, analyses, and project deliverables for leadership teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally combining the following two areas:

1. Strategy & Performance Management

Hands-on experience in several of the following:

• Strategy Planning, Execution & Management
• Performance Measurement / Performance Management
• Balanced Scorecards / KPI development and tracking
• Strategy cascading and organizational alignment
• Strategic initiatives and initiative tracking
• Strategy and performance reporting
• Management dashboards and performance reviews

2. Business & Performance Platforms

Experience using, implementing, configuring, or administering business platforms related to areas such as:

• Strategy Management
• Performance Management / KPI Tracking / Balanced Scorecards
• Business Intelligence / Management Dashboards
• Project / Initiative Tracking
• Power BI or similar BI/dashboard tools

Experience with Cascade or similar Strategy Execution / Performance Management platforms would be a significant advantage.

Candidate Profile

• Arabic speaker with strong professional English (both written and spoken).
• Currently residing in Riyadh
• Preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Comfortable working with business applications and digital platforms
• Comfortable interacting with both business users and senior management
