This full-time, on-site role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Healthcare Quality & Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical workflows, ensuring process efficiency, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The role involves monitoring and improving operational performance, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and collaborating with teams to optimize patient care services. This includes proactively identifying and implementing quality improvement initiatives across various departments to advance overall operational success.

• Expertise in operations management, healthcare management, and quality assurance
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance and process optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with healthcare standards, such as JCI or CBAHI accreditation, considered an asset
• Proficiency in creating reports and presenting operational insights effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred)
• Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry
