المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم المحاسبي لفريق الإنتاج، بما في ذلك ترميز فواتير الموردين والموافقة على صرفها.
- التنسيق مع قسم الحسابات الدائنة لحل استفسارات الموردين.
- إدارة ومراجعة بطاقات الدفع المسبق للإنتاج وضبط الضوابط المالية.
- إدارة ومراجعة المصروفات المسجلة على بطاقات الائتمان الخاصة بالإنتاج.
- معالجة مصروفات السفر والإقامة للموظفين باستخدام نظام Concur.
- مساعدة مدراء الإنتاج في إعداد تقارير التكلفة الفعلية الشهرية مقابل الميزانية وتحليل الانحرافات.
- تحليل الإنفاق والإيرادات المتعلقة بالإنتاج والإبلاغ عن تجاوز أو نقص الميزانية المحتمل.
- التعامل مع أي مسائل مالية أخرى ذات صلة بالإنتاج عند الحاجة.
- التواصل مع الكوادر المحاسبية في الأقسام الأخرى بشأن المهام أعلاه.
- الحفاظ على سجلات تكاليف محدثة وفهم إنفاق العميل على المشروع.
- تسوية المصروفات والفواتير في الوقت المناسب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية السعودية (الوظيفة مخصصة للسعوديين فقط).
- دراسة للحصول على شهادة محاسبية معترف بها (مثل رخصة SOCPA).
- درجة جامعية في المحاسبة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة سابقة في بيئة محاسبية / مالية.
- القدرة على العمل دون إشراف مباشر واتخاذ المبادرة لحل المشكلات أو رفعها للمشرفين.
- القدرة على تنظيم وتحديد أولويات المهام اليومية.
- المرونة والاستعداد للعمل ساعات غير منتظمة عند الحاجة.
- الاهتمام بالإنتاج التلفزيوني والرغبة في تطوير مهنة في هذا المجال.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Excel و Word.
- مهارات عددية قوية.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
To provide Accounting assistance to the Production Team - dealing with all matters that arise during the course of the Production and to provide regular Final Cost and projection information to Production Executive and Head of Production.
Providing Accounting support to the Production Team - including the following:
- Ensuring that Vendor Invoices are properly coded and authorised for payment
- Liaising with Accounts Payable on all Payables issues - dealing with Vendor enquiries
- Managing and reconciling the Production Pre-Paid Cards and ensuring that proper controls are maintained over these expenses.
- Managing and reconciling expenditure incurred on Production Credit Cards
- Dealing with T&E expenses for all relevant staff using the Concur system
- Assisting the Production Managers with monthly Actual Cost Reporting against Budget and analysing and explaining Budget v Actual variances
- Proactive analysis of Production spend and revenue and reporting potential under/overspends
- Dealing with any other ad hoc production related finance matters as required
- Liaising with accounting staff in other departments on all of the above
Unusual Challenges or Circumstances e.g. shift(s)/ unsocial hours/ travel etc
- Must be flexible and adaptable and prepared to work as part of a Team and occasionally, irregular hours
- Up-to-date Cost Trackers
- Understanding of Client’s Project spend
- Timely reconciliation of Expenses
- Timely Invoice processing
Mandatory
- Studying for a recognised Accounting Qualification (such as SOCPA license training)
- University Degree or equivalent in a Accounting related subject
- Must be numerate and able to organise and deal with multiple tasks and determine priorities.
- Must be able to work without close supervision and have the initiative to deal with problems as they arise or refer them to Supervisors for further investigation.
- Must have an interest in Television Production and a desire to pursue a career in the Industry
- Must have the initiative to deal with problems as they arise or refer to Supervisors for further investigation when required
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload on a Daily Basis
- Ability to work autonomously
- Good verbal and written Communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Strong numeracy skills
- Previous experience in an Accounting/Finance environment.
- Knowledge of the SAP Accounting System
- Knowledge of the Television Programme Production Business
- An interest in Sport.
