شركة ETAP Software تعلن عن وظيفة Senior Project Engineer في الظهران، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن الاختبارات الميدانية والتشغيل، وهندسة المشاريع، والقيادة الفنية، وإجراء اختبار القبول في الموقع وفقًا للنموذج المعتمد من العميل، وإعداد تقارير الموقع، وإجراء اختبار الاتصال نقطة بنقطة مع معدات كهربائية متعددة باستخدام بروتوكولات الاتصال القياسية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، ستقوم باختبار وتطبيقات أنظمة SCADA وPPC/MGC.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- خبير في أنظمة الطاقة لأنظمة الحماية والتحكم الكهربائية، مع معرفة تقنية ببروتوكولات اتصال متعددة مثل Modbus وIEC 61850 وDNP وIEC 60870-50-104.
- متابعة تقدم العمل الجماعي في الموقع وتوزيعه وفقًا لجدول التشغيل المعتمد من العميل. تطوير وتنفيذ واختبار وحل مشكلات أنظمة الاتصالات باستخدام خبرة شبكات IP وUDP/TCP/IP والتبديل والتوجيه وجدران الحماية والبوابات وأجهزة المودم GPRS/EDGE/3G/4G وغيرها.
- التنسيق وتنفيذ اختبار القبول في الموقع (SAT)، وتقديم دعم التحقق والتدريب للعملاء، وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع. الإشراف على التركيبات الميدانية للمعدات الجديدة أو المُحسّنة وإعداد وثائق التوجيه للعملاء وفِرق المشروع.
- تنفيذ وتصميم برمجيات SCADA وفقًا لمواصفات العميل. اختبار وحل مشكلات تطبيقات SCADA وإصلاحها. إعداد وتنسيق وتنفيذ اختبار القبول في المصنع والموقع إلى جانب تشغيل أنظمة SCADA/PPC/MGC/SPM بما يرضي العميل، وتوفير التدريب الميداني للعميل وضمان الامتثال.
- التخطيط الاستراتيجي وتحليل تشغيل المشروع على المدى القصير والطويل. خبرة في تشغيل SCADA وPPC في مجال الطاقة المتجددة. معرفة بنظام مراقبة أداء الطاقة الشمسية لـ SCADA في الطاقة المتجددة، ونظام مراقبة الطقس والتنبؤ للأنظمة صغيرة وطويلة الأجل.
- مهندس موقع للتنسيق مع جميع موردي المعدات والعملاء، وإعداد الجداول والتقارير ومواءمة العمل مع فريق مهندسي الموقع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (آلات دقيقة، اتصالات إلكترونية، كهرباء) أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 8-10 سنوات في مجال الطاقة الشمسية المتجددة (SCADA) والنفط والغاز.
- معرفة باختبارات التشغيل في الموقع (Site Commissioning).
المهارات المطلوبة
- تصميم النظم (System Design).
- معرفة اللغة العربية (مفضلة).
- برمجيات SCADA.
- بروتوكولات الاتصال: Modbus TCP/IP، IEC 104، DNP، IEC 61850 وغيرها.
- إدارة أصحاب المصلحة (Stake Holder Management).
- معرفة بخوادم أجهزة IT ومحطات العمل وأنظمة التشغيل.
- تصميم الشبكات (Network Design).
- التوثيق (Documentation).
- اختبارات التشغيل في الموقع (Site Commissioning).
- مهارات تواصل قوية.

Key Responsibilities
- Power System Expert in electrical Protection and Control System. Technical knowledge on multiple communication protocol such as Modbus, IEC 61850, DNP, IEC 60870-50-104
- Site Teamwork progress monitoring and distribution as per customer commissioning schedule. Develop, implement, test, and troubleshoot Communication systems utilizing the experience of IP networking, UDP/TCP/IP, switching and routing, firewalls, gateways, GPRS/EDGE/3G/4G modems, etc.
- Co-ordinate and execute SAT, provide validation support and customer training, and ensure compliance with project requirements. Conduct and supervise field installation of new or retrofit equipment and prepare instructional installation documents for clients and project teams.
- SCADA Software implementation and design as per customer specification. Testing and troubleshooting SCADA Software Application and Fix it. Prepare, coordinate, execute factory and site acceptance test along with commissioning of SCADA/PPC/MGC/SPM system to the client's satisfaction, provide on-site customer training, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Strategic Planning & analysis on short term and long-term project commissioning. SCADA and PPC Commissioning Experience in Renewable Field.
- Renewable SCADA Solar Performance Monitoring System Knowledge. Weather Monitoring System and forecasting system for small and long-term forecasting system.
- Site Engineer for meeting & coordination works with all equipment suppliers and clients. Schedule, Report Preparation, and work alignment with Site Engineer Team.
- Weather Monitoring System and forecasting system for small and long-term forecasting systems.
- Graduate in Instrument/Electronic & Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in Renewable Solar SCADA and Oil & Gas
