المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان امتثال سياسات العملاء لقوانين حماية البيانات الشخصية مثل PDPL.
- صياغة وتعديل السياسات والإجراءات الداخلية لحماية البيانات بالتشاور مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- إعلام وتقديم المشورة لمسؤول حماية البيانات أو معالج البيانات بشأن جميع المسائل المتعلقة بحماية البيانات.
- تعزيز ثقافة الامتثال لحماية البيانات عبر جميع وحدات المنظمة.
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق لضمان الامتثال ومعالجة المشكلات المحتملة.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات جميع أنشطة معالجة البيانات في الشركة.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال مع سلطات حماية البيانات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال خصوصية البيانات.
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو نظم المعلومات الإدارية أو إدارة المعلومات من برنامج معتمد.
- معرفة معمقة بممارسات حوكمة البيانات وإدارة البيانات الرائدة في المجال.
- سجل عملي مثبت في ممارسات خصوصية البيانات وقضايا الأعمال والتقنية المتعلقة بإدارة أصول معلومات المؤسسة.
- شهادة CDMP (إدارة البيانات المهنية المعتمدة).
- شهادة CIPP (محترف خصوصية المعلومات المعتمد) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (مطلوب بشدة).

Job Description
- Experience in Personal Data Privacy
- Ensure that client policies are in compliance with codes of practice such as PDPL (Personal Data Protection Low).
- Draft new and amend existing internal data protection policies, guidelines, and procedures, in consultation with the organization's key stakeholders
- Inform and advise the data controller or data processor on all matters related to data protection
- Promote a culture of data protection and compliance across all units of the organization
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance and to address potential issues
- Maintain records of all data processing activities of the company
- Serve as point of contact for data protection authorities
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or information Management from a recognized and approved program.
- Knowledge of industry-leading data governance and data management practices.
- Have practical track records in data privacy practices, business and technology issues related to the management of enterprise information assets and approaches.
- CDMP Certified
- CIPP certification is a plus
Fluency in Arabic & English is highly desirable
