تعلن شركة Ennismore عن وظيفة Director, Finance في مشروع Faena Wadi Safar (حي الوادي، الرياض، السعودية). ستعمل كمشرف مالي استراتيجي يضمن الشفافية والدقة والامتثال المالي خلال فترة ما قبل الافتتاح وما بعدها، مع تمكين التميز التجاري وثقة الملاك.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجية المالية لـ Faena Wadi Safar بما يتوافق مع الأهداف التشغيلية والتجارية.
- تقديم تحليلات وتوقعات وتوصيات مالية داعمة لاتخاذ القرارات والنمو طويل الأجل.
- الشراكة مع الملاك والإدارة العليا لتحديد مؤشرات الأداء المالي والأهداف ومقاييس النجاح.
- قيادة التخطيط المالي لمرحلة ما قبل الافتتاح بما يشمل الموازنات وتخصيص النفقات الرأسمالية (CAPEX) والتنبؤات التشغيلية.
- إنشاء الأنظمة والإجراءات والضوابط المالية لضمان الامتثال والدقة والجاهزية للانطلاق التشغيلي.
- التعاون مع فرق المشاريع لمراقبة تكاليف ما قبل الافتتاح وإدارة الموازنات بكفاءة.
- الإشراف على إعداد التقارير المالية الدقيقة وفي الوقت المحدد وفقاً لـ IFRS واللوائح المحلية والمعايير المؤسسية.
- ضمان الامتثال للقوانين السعودية والالتزامات الضريبية ومتطلبات التدقيق.
- الحفاظ على سجلات مفصلة وتسويات ووثائق جاهزة للتدقيق لصالح الملاك والجهات الرقابية.
- تطبيق ضوابط داخلية راسخة لحماية الأصول وإدارة المخاطر المالية.
- الشراكة مع رؤساء الأقسام لمراقبة الموازنات ومراكز التكلفة والأداء التشغيلي.
- تعزيز تكامل الإيرادات وإدارة النفقات والربحية مع الحفاظ على معايير الخدمة الفائقة الفخامة.
- قيادة وتوجيه وإلهام الفريق المالي وتعزيز النمو المهني والتعاون والمساءلة.
- بناء ثقافة الدقة والشفافية والتميز التشغيلي داخل القسم المالي.
- دعم تخطيط التعاقب الوظيفي وتطوير المواهب وخاصة بين المواطنين السعوديين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- قائد مالي أول مع خبرة في الضيافة الفاخرة أو المنتجعات أو المشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات المعقدة.
- خبرة مثبتة في الإدارة المالية لمرحلة ما قبل الافتتاح والتنبؤ وإعداد الموازنات وإعداد التقارير.
- معرفة قوية بالمتطلبات المحاسبية والضريبية والتنظيمية السعودية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية ميزة قوية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- تفكير استراتيجي مع اهتمام بالتفاصيل وفطنة تجارية عالية.
- مهارات تحليلية وتواصلية ممتازة.

The Role

What You Will Create
Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute Faena Wadi Safar’s financial strategy, aligned with operational and business objectives.
- Provide insightful financial analysis, forecasts, and recommendations to support decision-making and long-term growth.
- Partner with ownership and leadership to define financial KPIs, targets, and success metrics.
- Lead pre-opening financial planning, including budgets, capital expenditure (CAPEX) allocations, and operational forecasting.
- Establish financial systems, procedures, and controls that ensure compliance, accuracy, and readiness for operational launch.
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor pre-opening costs and manage budgets efficiently.
- Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with IFRS, local regulations, and corporate standards.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, tax obligations, and audit requirements.
- Maintain detailed records, reconciliations, and audit-ready documentation for ownership and regulatory bodies.
- Implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and manage financial risk.
- Partner with department heads to monitor budgets, cost centers, and operational performance.
- Drive revenue integrity, expense management, and profitability while maintaining ultra-luxury service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the finance team, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and accountability.
- Build a culture of precision, transparency, and operational excellence within the finance department.
- Support succession planning and talent development, particularly among Saudi nationals.
Who You Are
- A senior finance leader with experience in luxury hospitality, resorts, or complex mixed-use developments.
- Proven expertise in pre-opening financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi accounting, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic, detail-oriented, and commercially savvy, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- A natural partner to operations and leadership, able to translate numbers into actionable insight.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
