المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة تصميم وتنفيذ وتوسيع حلول DevOps المتكاملة على منصة Google Cloud (GCP).
  • تصميم بنى تحتية مرنة وعالية التوفر وآمنة مخصصة لأطر العمل المؤسسية عالية المعاملات.
  • العمل كمستشار تقني أساسي في مشاريع التحول السحابي عالية التأثير، بما في ذلك نقل وتحديث البنى القديمة المعقدة.
  • فرض الاتساق البيئي الكامل باستخدام Terraform كمعيار أساسي للبنية التحتية كرمز (IaC).
  • بناء سجلات Terraform معيارية وقابلة لإعادة الاستخدام وآمنة لتوفير شبكات VPC متعددة المناطق، وهياكل IAM، وبيئات الحوسبة.

  • التعاون الوثيق مع فرق أمن المؤسسات وهندسة السحاب وهندسة البرمجيات لتنفيذ ثقافة DevSecOps صارمة.
  • تصميم أطر مراقبة وتنبيه وتسجيل قوية باستخدام GCP Cloud Logging وCloud Monitoring ومكدسات مفتوحة المصدر مثل Prometheus/Grafana.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في هندسة DevOps أو أتمتة البنية التحتية أو هندسة الحلول السحابية، مع تركيز كبير على البيئات المؤسسية.

We are seeking a highly accomplished, senior-level GCP DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of experience specializing in designing, building, and delivering robust, enterprise-scale DevOps solutions. This role is tailored for a technical powerhouse who has a proven track record of navigating complex, multi-layered cloud transformation projects.

The ideal candidate will architect and implement automated, secure infrastructure pipelines, bridging the gap between legacy systems and modern cloud-native ecosystems. Holding a valid Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer certification is a mandatory prerequisite for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design & Solution Delivery

  • Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of end-to-end enterprise DevOps solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Architect resilient, highly available, and secure infrastructure blueprints tailored for high-transaction corporate frameworks.
  • Act as a core technical consultant on high-impact cloud transformation projects, successfully migrating and modernizing complex legacy architectures.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Automation

  • Enforce complete environmental consistency by utilizing Terraform as the primary enterprise IaC standard.
  • Build modular, reusable, and highly secure Terraform registries to provision complex multi-region VPCs, IAM hierarchies, and compute environments.
  • Implement automated drift detection and state-file management best practices across production environments.

CI/CD Pipeline Engineering

  • Design, optimize, and maintain advanced continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines utilizing both GitLab CI/CD and GitHub Actions.
  • Standardize repository management workflows, branching strategies, and automated quality/security gates (including SAST/DAST tools) within GitLab and GitHub.
  • Implement containerized deployment strategies utilizing Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Run, and Artifact Registry.

Reliability, Observability & Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Security, Cloud Architecture, and Software Engineering teams to implement a rigorous DevSecOps culture.
  • Design robust monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks utilizing GCP Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, and open-source stacks (Prometheus/Grafana).

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of dedicated experience in DevOps engineering, infrastructure automation, or cloud solution architecture, with a heavy emphasis on enterprise environments.
  • Transformation Projects: Proven experience acting as a technical lead or key contributor in large-scale, complex corporate IT migrations or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Primary Tooling:

○ Advanced proficiency with Terraform for complex infrastructure orchestration.

○ Deep, hands-on experience designing workflows in GitLab and GitHub ecosystem variants.

  • Containerization: Comprehensive expertise with Docker, Kubernetes (specifically GKE), and service mesh topologies.
  • Networking & Security: Strong grasp of enterprise networking (Shared VPCs, Cloud DNS, Cloud Interconnect, Firewalls) and foundational DevSecOps rules (IAM least privilege, Key Management Service, Secrets management).

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in scripting and automation utilizing Python, Go, or advanced Bash.
  • Familiarity with database migration practices on GCP (Cloud SQL, Spanner, Bigtable).
  • Background working within highly regulated frameworks (e.g., financial services, healthcare, or government data standards).
