Role Description The Facilities Maintenance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This role is responsible for performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure the reliability and safety of building systems and facilities. Daily tasks include handling general building maintenance, addressing plumbing issues, performing carpentry repairs, and coordinating with external vendors or contractors when needed. The specialist will respond to maintenance requests, troubleshoot equipment and facility problems, and maintain accurate records of work performed.
