نبذة عن الوظيفة
المسؤولية الأساسية هي تقديم التدريب الفني للمشغلين والخدمة للعملاء والموزعين وموظفي الخدمة بالشركة. يشمل المنصب التدريب على مجموعة واسعة من منتجات وتقنيات Rapiscan، ويتكون من تدريب رسمي في الفصول الدراسية وتدريب عملي. سيكون مقر العمل في القاهرة، مصر مع تركيز التدريب في مواقع متعددة داخل مصر. كما يتطلب المساعدة في مهام تدريبية إضافية عالمياً. يجب أن يكون المتحدث باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية، وتُعتبر اللغات الأخرى ميزة إضافية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- اكتساب المعرفة المناسبة بمنتجات وتقنيات Rapiscan المختلفة والحفاظ عليها لضمان نقل المعرفة عالي الجودة للطلاب.
- مراجعة وتقديم التعديلات/التحديثات على أدلة المستخدم والعروض التقديمية التدريبية والوثائق الأخرى ذات الصلة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات التدريب المناسبة وملاحظات الطلاب والمعلومات الإدارية المطلوبة، والتنسيق أو أداء الوظائف الإدارية اللازمة لتقديم وتوثيق البرامج التدريبية.
- القدرة على التواصل الفعال شفهياً وكتابياً، والعمل بفعالية مع مجموعة واسعة من الفئات في مجتمع متنوع.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة تعاونية موجهة نحو الفريق.
- مهارات إدارة المشاريع والعرض التقديمي والقدرة على حل المشكلات والقضايا المعقدة، مع مهارات قوية في التواصل اللفظي والكتابي تركز على بناء العلاقات والاستماع والقدرة على تقديم برامج تدريبية فعالة.
- تقديم ملاحظات مستمرة حول مجالات التحسين وطلبات العملاء والملاحظات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة أو خبرة معادلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في تقديم التدريب الفني في فصول دراسية رسمية وبيئة عملية.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي واللفظي.
- القدرة على إظهار التعلم العملي الفعال.
- يتطلب المنصب القدرة على السفر عالمياً لتقديم التدريب واكتساب المعرفة بالمنتجات.
- القدرة على إكمال مسؤوليات العمل ضمن احتياجات المناطق الزمنية المختلفة، مثل حضور اجتماعات متأخرة الليل / الصباح الباكر عبر الهاتف / الإنترنت لتلبية احتياجات العمل (15% من الوقت).
- السفر المحلي مطلوب بنسبة 5%.
- يجب السفر دولياً والقدرة على الحصول على جميع وثائق السفر اللازمة.

The position will encompass training on a wide variety of Rapiscan products and technology and will consist of both formal classroom and hands-on training. This position will be based in Cairo Egypt with a focus of training to be conducted in Egypt at multiple locations. Will also be required to assist with additional training assignments globally. Must be able to speak English and Arabic, other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain the appropriate knowledge of the various Rapiscan products and technology to ensure high quality knowledge transfer to students.
- Review and provide edits / updates on user manuals, training presentations and other related documentation.
- Maintain appropriate training records, student feedback and required administrative information. Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Project management and presentation skills and the ability to resolve complex problems and issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on rapport building, listening, and the ability to deliver effective training programs
- Provide continuous feedback on areas of improvement, customer requests and observations
- Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years delivering technical training in a formal classroom and hands-on venue
- Fluent in Arabic and English language
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to demonstrate effective hands-on learning
- Position requires the ability to travel globally to conduct training and obtain knowledge of products
- Must be able to complete job responsibilities working with different time zone needs such as attending late night/early morning meetings by phone and/or web to meet business needs; 15%
- Domestic travel required: 5%
- Must travel internationally and be able to acquire all necessary travel documents
