About the Client

We’re partnering with a client that brings internationally recognized brands to the Middle East, helping to establish the region as the number one haven for the most luxurious beauty establishments in the world.

Responsibilities

• To deliver exceptional customer service to all potential/actual customers.
• To offer all customers the opportunity to experience the product on the skin.
• To consistently achieve and deliver the KPI targets.
• To develop excellent in-store relationships with management/peers.
• To ensure planogram implementation as per the guidelines
• To ensure product availability is maintained in the stores by communicating it with the respective store manager
• To know and understand sales achievements, figures and data and to have personal accountabilities for all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of retail, sales and/or beauty industry experience, preferably in the makeup industry
• Previous experience with Beauty Department Stores preferable.
• Memorable, positive, professional and enthusiastic presence
• Strong aptitude for product knowledge, brand messaging and selling
• Experience working in an open-sell environment
• Self-motivated, committed and goal-oriented
• Energetic and passionate with an entrepreneurial, flexible, friendly spirit
• Ability to travel
• Arabic and English languages required
