Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Waitstaff role based in Dammam. The waitstaff team member will welcome guests, present menus, answer questions about dishes and beverages, and take orders accurately. The role involves serving food and drinks, coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct orders, and handling billing and payment processes. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized dining area, following food safety and hygiene standards, and supporting team members during busy periods. The person in this role is expected to provide attentive, courteous service and represent FILL’s commitment to exceptional hospitality.

• Candidates should possess strong customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming, guest-focused environment.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of food & beverage offerings and basic food service procedures.
• Candidates should possess clear communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with team members.
• Candidates should possess basic cooking or food handling awareness to support kitchen and service operations when necessary.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work on their feet for extended periods and manage multiple tables in a fast-paced setting.
• Candidates should possess a collaborative mindset, reliability in attendance, and attention to detail in following service and safety standards.
• Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or the broader hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills, along with proficiency in English and local language, are beneficial.
