The business has built its position through a national store network and a loyal customer base, and is now entering its next phase of growth expanding its retail footprint, broadening its product portfolio, and investing significantly in its digital and e-commerce capability.

• Job Description

1-Develop and lead the company’s treasury strategy, ensuring optimal cash flow management across all business units and store locations.

2-Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and financing arrangements, negotiating favorable terms in line with business needs.

3-Own cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital management to support ongoing retail operations and expansion plans.

4-Oversee foreign currency exposure and hedging strategies related to import operations and supplier payments.

5-Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

6-Lead the monitoring and management of company investments, deposits, and surplus funds.

7-Build and manage the treasury department team, including performance oversight and capability development.

8-Prepare treasury reports, cash position updates, and risk assessments for senior and executive management.

9-Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, and Commercial teams to align treasury activities with overall business objectives.

• The Successful Applicant

1-Proven experience managing a treasury department, including cash flow, banking relationships, and financing.

2-Strong background in Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or a related industry.

3-Demonstrated experience in liquidity planning, working capital optimization, and financial risk management.

4-Experience managing multi-bank relationships and negotiating credit facilities.

5-Experience leading and developing a treasury team.

6-Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and present treasury reports to senior management.

7-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (CTP, CFA) preferred.
