We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our Riyadh office and support ICG’s financial operations, reporting, accounting controls, invoicing, collections, and financial compliance.

The role will work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, Procurement, and executive leadership to ensure accurate and timely financial management.

What You Will Do

Accounting Operations

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.

• Record and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

• Maintain accurate general ledger records and supporting documentation.

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting schedules.

Invoicing & Receivables

• Prepare and issue client invoices in accordance with contracts and commercial agreements.

• Monitor accounts receivable and outstanding balances.

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding invoice status and payment requirements.

• Support collections and maintain accurate receivables reporting.

Payables & Vendor Management

• Process supplier and partner invoices and verify supporting documentation.

• Maintain vendor accounts and payment records.

• Coordinate with procurement and operations to ensure proper approval and documentation.

• Perform supplier account reconciliations.

Financial Reporting

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

• Prepare financial reports, schedules, reconciliations, and management information.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Identify discrepancies and support corrective actions.

VAT & Compliance

• Support VAT accounting, documentation, reconciliations, and reporting.

• Ensure financial records comply with applicable Saudi regulations and accounting standards.

• Maintain organized documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.

• Support external and internal audit activities.

Financial Controls

• Maintain strong accounting controls and financial documentation.

• Monitor transactions for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate approvals.

• Support improvements to accounting processes and financial reporting systems.

• Maintain confidentiality of financial and corporate information.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3-8+ years of accounting experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, invoicing, and general ledger activities.

• Knowledge of Saudi VAT and local financial compliance requirements.

• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.

• Experience with ERP or accounting systems is preferred.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Arabic & English fluency required.
