تعلن شركة Infinite PL، الشركة الرقمية الرائدة في مجال الابتكار اللوجستي، عن توفر وظيفة قائد تجاري (Commercial Lead) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، لقيادة فرق الأنظمة المالية والتشغيلية (F&O) وإدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) والفواتير (Billing).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة فريق التجاري (F&O، CRM، والفواتير) لضمان التسليم الناجح للمبادرات التجارية والتقنية.
- الإشراف على الخارطة التجارية وتحديد أولويات المبادرات بالتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة من الجهات التجارية.
- ضمان تقديم تحسينات وتطبيقات ودعم إنتاجي عالي الجودة.
- التعاون مع فرق الأعمال والهندسة المعمارية والبنية التحتية والتطوير لتقديم حلول قابلة للتوسع.
- تقديم القيادة التقنية والوظيفية للفريق مع تعزيز أفضل ممارسات Agile.
- إدارة سعة الفريق وتوزيع العمل والأداء لتحقيق أهداف التسليم.
- مراقبة المخاطر والمشكلات والتبعيات وضمان حلها في الوقت المناسب.
- دفع التحسين المستمر في العمليات وجودة الحلول والكفاءة التشغيلية.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة التجاريين والموردين.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الحوكمة التنظيمية والأمن والجودة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات، علوم الحاسب، الهندسة، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة 10+ سنوات في تطبيقات المؤسسات بما في ذلك Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O، CRM، وحلول الفوترة.
- خبرة في قيادة فرق Agile متعددة الوظائف أو فرق التسليم.
- فهم قوي لهندسة تطبيقات المؤسسات وتكامل الأنظمة.
- خبرة في العمل في بيئات تسليم Agile.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a cross-functional squad, driving the delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise solutions, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Billing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Commercial (F&O, CRM, and Billing) squad to ensure successful delivery of business and technology initiatives
- Own the commercial roadmap and prioritize initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Ensure high-quality delivery of enhancements, implementations, and production support
- Collaborate with business, architecture, infrastructure, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Provide technical and functional leadership to the squad while promoting Agile best practices
- Manage squad capacity, work allocation, and performance to achieve delivery objectives
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely resolution
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, solution quality, and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and vendors
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, CRM, and Billing solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional Agile squads or delivery teams
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and system integration
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
