نبذة عن الوظيفة
- المحلل هو خبير محلي في موضوع الاستثمار المسؤول (RI) ويدعم أنشطة المبيعات والخدمات المؤسسية المختلفة.
- يقوم بإجراء المشاركة المؤسسية بشأن القضايا البيئية والاجتماعية والحوكمة (ESG).
- يكون مرجعاً لمديري العلاقات ويحضر الاجتماعات الخارجية لمناقشة ممارسات الشركة في الاستثمار المسؤول عند الطلب.
- يساعد في إعداد الاتصالات الداخلية والخارجية، وتحليل البيانات، والمشاريع المخصصة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- فهم ومراقبة قضايا الاستثمار المسؤول التي قد تؤثر على أداء الشركة، والإلمام بالمعايير العالمية والإقليمية وأفضل الممارسات والاتجاهات التنظيمية.
- إجراء المشاركة المؤسسية بشأن قضايا ESG، بما في ذلك البحث وتحليل بيانات الشركة والتنسيق مع الآخرين وحضور الاجتماعات مع المسؤولين التنفيذيين للشركات.
- المساعدة في إنشاء وإنتاج تقارير الاستثمار المسؤول والأوراق البيضاء.
- يكون مرجعاً لفرق المبيعات والخدمات في موضوعات الاستثمار المسؤول والاستثمار المتوافق مع الشريعة الإسلامية، والرد على طلبات العملاء وحضور الاجتماعات الخارجية عند الطلب.
- إدارة المهام التشغيلية الموكلة والمشاريع المخصصة متوسطة التعقيد حتى إنجازها.
- العمل مع فريق عالمي موزع على مناطق زمنية متعددة.
- تحديد وإنشاء وتطوير الوثائق الخاصة بالفريق، واتباع سياسات وإجراءات الشركة والفريق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في العمل مع سياسات ومبادئ وبيانات الاستثمار المسؤول/ESG.
- خبرة في التواصل مع المديرين والتنفيذيين حول مواضيع متعلقة بالأعمال.
- درجة جامعية أو ما يعادلها من التعليم والخبرة.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية للأعمال واللغة العربية.
- يفضل خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الخدمات المالية أو ما يعادلها.
- القدرة على التكيف مع التغييرات في بيئة عمل سريعة ضمن فريق.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي.
- القدرة على تحديد أولويات عبء العمل وإدارة الوقت عبر المهام المختلفة.
- إتقان استخدام برامج Microsoft Office.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق عالمي في مناطق زمنية متعددة.
- خبرة في التواصل مع المديرين والتنفيذيين.

The Investor Responsibility & Engagement Analyst is part of the Responsible Investment (RI) team. The Analyst is the local RI subject matter expert and also supports various institutional sales and service-related activities. The Analyst conducts corporate engagement on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. In addition, the Analyst serves as a resource to relationship managers and, as requested, attends external meetings to discuss the firm’s RI practices. Other activities include assisting in preparing internal and external communications, data analysis and ad hoc projects.

The Investor Responsibility & Engagement Analyst is part of the Responsible Investment (RI) team. The Analyst is the local RI subject matter expert and also supports various institutional sales and service-related activities. The Day-to-Day:
- Understand and monitor RI issues that could affect company performance and be knowledgeable of global and regional industry standards, best practices, and regulatory trends
- Conduct corporate engagement on ESG issues. This is a complex process that includes: conducting research and analyzing company data, coordinating with others, and attending meetings with corporate executives regarding corporate ESG policies, practices and performance
- Assist in creation and production of RI reporting and white papers
- Serve as a resource for sales and service teams on RI & Shariah Investment topics. Includes responding to client requests and attending external meetings as requested
- Manage assigned operational tasks and ad hoc projects with mid-level complexity through to completion
- Ability to work with a global team that is based in multiple time zones
- Identify, create and develop documentation for group
- Follow group and firm policies and procedures
- Experience working with RI/ESG policies, principles and data
- Experience communicating with managers and executives on business related topics
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Fluent in business English and Arabic
- At least 3 years of financial services or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage time across various tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
