نبذة عن الوظيفة
- دعم تقديم خدمات استشارية عالية الجودة تتعلق ببرنامج الإقامة المميزة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- إدارة كاملة لملفات العملاء من الشركات ومنتسبيهم، مع ضمان الامتثال والدقة وتقديم خدمات متميزة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة دورة الحياة الكاملة لحالات الإقامة المميزة، بما في ذلك التقييم والتوثيق وإعداد الطلبات وتقديمها والمتابعة.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للعملاء والمنتسبين، وتقديم إرشادات واضحة بشأن الإجراءات والجداول الزمنية والمتطلبات.
- إجراء تقييمات الأهلية ومكالمات استشارية للمتقدمين المحتملين.
- التنسيق مع الجهات الداخلية والحكومية لدفع الطلبات قدماً.
- مراقبة تقدم الحالات ومعالجة التأخيرات أو المشكلات بشكل استباقي.
- ضمان امتثال جميع الحالات للمعايير الداخلية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو خبرة معادلة.
- الجنسية السعودية (Saudi National Only).
- خبرة من 3 إلى 6 سنوات في مجال الهجرة أو التنقل العالمي أو خدمات العلاقات الحكومية (PRO) داخل السعودية.
- يفضل خبرة في التعامل مع حالات الإقامة المميزة أو حالات الهجرة المعقدة.
- معرفة قوية بإجراءات الهجرة السعودية والإجراءات الحكومية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة العملاء.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية مع القدرة على إدارة حالات متعددة في وقت واحد.
- اهتمام عالٍ بالتفاصيل والدقة.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
- نهج استباقي وموجه نحو الحلول.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (شرط أساسي).

- يفضل إجادة اللغة العربية.

The Role
The Premium Residency consultant is required to support the delivery of high-quality consultancy services related to Saudi Arabia’s Premium Residency program.
This role will manage end-to-end casework for corporate clients and their assignees, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a high standard of client service. The Consultant will work closely with internal teams, clients, and government entities to facilitate smooth processing and timely completion of applications.

- Manage full lifecycle of Premium Residency cases, including assessment, documentation, application preparation, submission, and follow-up
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and assignees, providing clear guidance on process, timelines, and requirements
- Conduct eligibility assessments and consultation calls for prospective applicants
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and government entities to progress applications
- Monitor case progress and proactively address delays or issues
- Ensure all cases meet internal compliance standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation in internal systems
- Support timely and accurate billing by ensuring completion of required milestones and documentation
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Saudi National Only
- 3-6 years of experience in immigration, global mobility, or PRO services within Saudi Arabia
- Experience handling Premium Residency or complex immigration cases is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Saudi immigration processes and government procedures
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Fluent in English (required)
- Arabic language skills are preferred
