تعلن شركة Pfizer عن وظيفة Vaccine Senior Medical Manager في منطقة الرياض، حيث يعمل المدير الطبي الأول تحت إشراف المدير الطبي القطري في المملكة العربية السعودية، ويقضي 50% من وقته في الميدان.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وتطوير فريق MSL و MM في مجال علاج اللقاحات.
- تقديم التثقيف حول التأثير السريري لمنتجات Pfizer الطبية لدعم اتخاذ القرارات وتحسين نتائج المرضى من خلال البيانات الواقعية والأدلة العلمية.
- الحفاظ على مستوى مطلوب من المعرفة في مجال اللقاحات وأمراضها ومنتجات Pfizer، وتقديم معلومات علاجية/منتجات لأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين عند الحاجة.
- إدارة العلاقات مع قادة الرأي الرئيسيين (KOLs) في التخصص العلاجي الخاص، والعمل كشريك طبي لهم في الأسواق.
- العمل كسفير داخلي وخارجي لأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين في السوق (الجامعات، الهيئات الصحية، المعاهد الأكاديمية) وغيرها من الجمعيات الطبية/الصحية، والتفاعل معهم لفهم أولوياتهم الصحية للمرضى وتحديد الفرص المتوافقة مع الأهداف الطبية الاستراتيجية لـ Pfizer.
- تخطيط وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات الطبية والمشاركات للعملاء، بالتنسيق مع زملاء Pfizer الآخرين حسب الحاجة لتحقيق الأهداف الطبية.
- تصميم وتنفيذ برامج تعليمية لخلق مستوى من الوعي العلمي حول مجالات الأمراض ذات الصلة.
- مشاركة الرؤى الطبية من العملاء مع الزملاء الداخليين عبر الوظائف المختلفة، وتحديد فرص التعاون لتحسين رعاية المرضى.
- فهم أولويات الشؤون الطبية العالمية والإقليمية لـ Pfizer للمساهمة في تطوير استراتيجية المحتوى الطبي المحلي وتنفيذ التكتيكات الطبية المتوافقة.
- إظهار الخبرة في التواصل عبر قنوات متعددة، بما في ذلك العروض المباشرة والافتراضية في إعدادات صغيرة أو كبيرة، والتواصل الكتابي، والمحادثات الافتراضية.
- الاستجابة للطلبات غير المرغوب فيها من العملاء بشأن التفسير العلمي للمعلومات السريرية.

- تنفيذ مشاريع بحثية محلية والمساهمة في المنشورات المحلية والإقليمية بناءً على الفجوات الطبية المحددة.
- بالتعاون مع زملاء الشؤون الطبية العالمية، الشراكة مع فريق البحث السريري المحلي في تحديد المواقع المحتملة للتجارب السريرية التي ترعاها Pfizer.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خلفية طبية (صيدلي أو طبيب) وفقاً للوائح المحلية في البلد.
- أكثر من 4 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال الشؤون الطبية.
- خبرة في تفسير البيانات العلمية والقدرة على الكتابة الطبية والتأليف.
- وعي كامل بقوانين صناعة الأدوية وسياساتها ولوائحها المحلية بالإضافة إلى قانون الممارسات الأجنبية الفاسدة (FCPA).
- خبرة في الشؤون التنظيمية والبحث السريري واليقظة الدوائية.

Medical
- The Snr. Medical Manager (SMM) reports directly to the Country Medical Director in KSA.
- As a customer-facing medical function, the Snr. Medical Manager, will have 50% of his time in the Field.
- The SMM is responsible for managing and developing MSL & MM in Vaccine therapy area
- The SMM Provide education on the clinical impact of Pfizer medicinal products to help inform customer decision-making and improve patient outcomes through the communication of real-world data and scientific evidence.
- Maintain a required level of knowledge in Vaccine therapy area /disease states and Pfizer medicines, providing therapeutic area/product information to both internal and external stakeholders as needed
- SMM is responsible for KOL management related to his/her own therapeutic specialty and is the medical partner for KOLs in his markets.
- SMM will be the internal and external ambassador of the key stakeholders within the market, (universities, Health Authorities, Academic institutes..) and other medical/healthcare associations, and will engage with them to understand their patient health priorities and identify opportunities that align with the strategic Medical objectives of Pfizer
- Plan and execute Medical strategies and engagement for the customers, compliantly coordinating with other Pfizer colleagues as needed to achieve Medical objectives.
- Utilize knowledge and skills to design and execute educational programs to create a level of scientific awareness about relevant disease areas.
- Share with internal cross functional colleagues, the medical insights from the customer, and identify opportunities for collaboration to improve patient care.
- Understand the priorities of Global and Regional Pfizer Medical Affairs in order to contribute to the local medical content strategy development and execute aligned Medical tactics
- Demonstrate expertise in communication across multiple channels, including, live and virtual presentations in small or large settings, written communication, or virtual conversations
- Respond to unsolicited requests from customers regarding scientific interpretation of clinical information
- Identify Disease area/Customers’ unmet Medical needs and exchange these gaps with the local stakeholders to feed the internal Medical and Marketing Strategies
- Provide the necessary medical support to Clinical Research, MI, Public Affairs and Regulatory departments.
- SMM is responsible of reviewing and approving grants based on merits and scientific content.
- Execute local research projects and contribute to the local and Regional publications based on the identified Medical gaps
- In collaboration with Global Medical Affairs colleagues, partner with local clinical research team in the identification of potential sites for Pfizer-sponsored clinical trials.
Technical
- Medical background (pharmacist or MD) as applicable to the local country regulations
- More than 4 years’ experience in the medical affairs
- Demonstrate clinical and technical expertise: Experienced in interpreting scientific data, capabilities in medical writing and authorship
- Full awareness of pharmaceutical industry codes, policies, local regulations as well as FCPA
- Experience with regulatory, clinical research and pharmacovigilance
- Possess strong strategic, analytical, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to both provide and receive constructive feedback
- Collaborate effectively and demonstrate leadership and teamwork with peers, internal stakeholders and external customers that inspires alignment and partnership on a shared vision or strategy
