المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي لـ قمة وعملائها على أساس يومي، بما يشمل التخطيط وإنشاء ونشر المحتوى عبر المنصات.
- تطوير تقاويم المحتوى للمنصات الاجتماعية.
- مراقبة التفاعل والرد على التعليقات والرسائل.
- تحسين المنشورات بناءً على مقاييس الأداء.
- التعاون مع فرق الإبداع والتسويق لمواءمة المحتوى مع استراتيجية العلامة التجارية.
- تشغيل حملات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- مواكبة أحدث الاتجاهات والممارسات الفضلى للمنصات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات قوية في التسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والتسويق الرقمي.
- خبرة عملية في إنشاء محتوى وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والتسويق.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة كتابةً وتحدثاً.
