طيران الرياض (Riyadh Air)، الناقل الوطني الجديد الذي يتخذ من الرياض مقراً له والمُصمَّم لقيادة صناعة الطيران وتحويل المملكة إلى مركز عالمي للتجارة والطيران، يعلن عن حدث توظيف في برشلونة لشغل وظيفة مضيف طيران (Cabin Crew).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
كونك جزءاً من طاقم الضيافة الجوية في طيران الرياض يعني أن تمثل المملكة العربية السعودية في كل رحلة، حاملاً فخر الوطن إلى أكثر من 100 وجهة. كل رحلة فرصة لإظهار الدقة والهدف ودفء الضيافة السعودية الأصيلة (حفاوة) مع ضمان سلامة الركاب وراحتهم من الإقلاع إلى الهبوط. تتميز الوظيفة بمرونة تتيح لك التوازن بين المغامرات العالمية والوقت الخاص، مع فرص للنمو الشخصي والمهني.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خدمة استثنائية للركاب مع الحفاظ على أعلى معايير السلامة والأمان طوال الرحلة.
- تجسيد ثقافة حفاوة عبر التعامل اللطيف والصادق مع كل ضيف، مما يصنع لحظات من الاهتمام تتجاوز مجرد السفر.
- تمثيل المملكة بفخر واحترافية في كل محطة، وعكس طموح الأمة من خلال الأداء المتميز.
- العمل ضمن فريق لضمان تجربة سفر سلسة وآمنة للجميع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- العمر: لا يقل عن 21 عاماً.
- المؤهل التعليمي: شهادة ثانوية عامة أو أعلى.
- الخبرة: سنة واحدة على الأقل في مجال الضيافة أو أي دور يتعامل مباشرة مع العملاء.
- الطول ومدى الذراع: طول لا يقل عن 160 سم، ومدى ذراع يبلغ 212 سم.
- اللغة: إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية، مع تفضيل أي لغات إضافية.
- السباحة: القدرة على السباحة بثقة واستخدام أدوات الطفو.
- المظهر المهني: عدم وجود وشم أو ثقوب ظاهرة أثناء ارتداء الزي الرسمي.
- التأشيرة والانتقال: استيفاء متطلبات تأشيرة العمل في السعودية والاستعداد للانتقال إلى الرياض.

✔ Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years old to join our crew.
✔ Education: A high school certificate or higher is required .
✔ Customer service experience: At least one year in hospitality or a customer-facing role.
✔ Height & Reach: At least 160 cm tall with an arm reach of 212 cm.
✔ Language: Fluent English is essential , and welcome skills in all other languages .
✔ Swimming skills: You must be a confident swimmer and able to use flotation devices.
✔ Professional appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings in uniform .
✔ Visa & relocation: You must meet Saudi employment visa requirements and be open to relocating to Riyadh, your new home.
