شركة DHL Global Forwarding تعلن عن وظيفة أخصائي عمليات الشحن البحري (OFR Specialist) في منطقة مكة المكرمة (جدة)، للانضمام إلى فريقها العالمي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- بناء وتطوير شحنات التجميع (Trade Lane Consolidations) لحركة التصدير من جنوب أفريقيا.
- التواصل مع شبكة DGF العالمية لتعزيز وتطوير البوابة الجمركية (Gateway) للدول المجاورة والفروع الساحلية المحلية.
- تنسيق العمليات اليومية داخل بوابة الشحن الجوي (Airfreight Gateway).
- مساعدة ودعم مدير مركز الشحن (ACC Manager) في شراء السعات والتعرفة حسب الحاجة.
- تنفيذ خطط وإجراءات عمليات الشحن البحري (OFR Ops/CS) لتقديم خدمات الشحن البحري للعملاء الداخليين والخارجيين.
- تحليل وتجميع متطلبات مركز التحكم في الشحن لتزويد فريق العمليات بالتفاصيل والمعلومات والتعليمات اللازمة للأداء التشغيلي.
- تنسيق إدارة الشحن من حيث تخصيص وحجز المساحات على خطوط النقل المخطط لها.
- المساهمة في وضع وتنفيذ خطط لمنتجات الشحن البحري في مجالات مثل المواد القابلة للتلف، والأدوية، والطيران، وغيرها.
- تحديد فرص توسيع الأعمال مع عملاء جدد وتحسين خدمات العملاء الداخلية باستمرار.
- بناء علاقات عمل وثيقة مع العملاء الحاليين وإجراء زيارات للعملاء والحفاظ على مستوى مرضٍ من الاحتفاظ بهم.
- متابعة أداء الحسابات وإعداد تقارير شهرية للإدارة.
- تنفيذ استراتيجية التسعير والرد على استفسارات التسعير بكفاءة وتنافسية.
- إعداد وثائق الشحن اليومية لخدمات الشحن، والمساعدة في تطوير عطاءات الشحن وضمان تقديم المستندات ذات الصلة في الوقت المحدد.
- البحث عن فرص لتعزيز إنتاجية الشحن البحري وتخصيص الموارد واستخدامها بكفاءة.
- تحليل وتقديم مدخلات للعمليات وتصميم أنظمة لتحسين جودة الخدمة.
- حل وتحليل المشكلات في التسليم اليومي وتنفيذ ممارسات لتحسين فعالية وكفاءة عمليات الشحن البحري.
- تقديم الدعم في حل المشكلات من أعضاء الفريق الأقل خبرة وتقديم التوجيه حسب الحاجة.
- إنشاء و/أو تأكيد أوامر النقل وتنفيذ وتحسين الحجوزات.
- إعداد ومراقبة وتوزيع جميع مستندات الاستيراد/التصدير المطلوبة.
- تحديد مشكلات أداء الموردين واقتراح حلول لتحسين الأداء.
- تحديث معلومات الشحنات الجمركية وحالتها الفعلية وحل مشكلات العملاء والحوادث.

In this Ocean Freight Specialist position
- Implement OFR Ops/CS plans and processes to provide ocean freight services for internal and external customers
- Analyze and collate to provide requirements of freight control center, and to support and provide operations team with the required details, information and instructions for operational performance
- Coordinate freight administration in providing allocation and reservations of freight on planned line haul
- Contribute to develop and execute plans for ocean freight products in areas such as perishables, pharmaceutical, aviation, etc.
- Identify opportunities to expand business with new clients and continuously improve in-house customer services
- Build close business relationship with existing clients, conduct customer visits and maintain a desired level of customer retention
- Stay updated on account performances, draft and provide monthly reports to management
- Implement pricing strategy and respond to pricing enquiries in an efficient and competitive manner
- Deliver day-to-day shipment documentation for freight forwarding, assist in development of shipping tenders and ensure on-time submission on relevant documents
- Seek opportunities to enhance ocean freight productivity, and efficient resource allocation and utilization
- Analyze and provide input for processes and design systems to enhance service quality
- Resolve and analyze issues in day-to-day delivery and implement practices for OFR Ops/CS focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
- Provide support on issues and problems from less experienced/ new team members, provide direction and guidance as needed
- Create and/or confirm transport orders, perform and optimize bookings
- Prepare, control, and distribute all required Import/Export documents
- Identify performance issues of suppliers, and propose solutions to improve performance
- Update Customs shipment information and physical status, resolve customer issues and incidents
