تعلن شركة إيرباص هليكوبترز العربية لصيانة الطائرات (Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance) عن توفر وظيفة فني إلكترونيات طيران B2 في مكة جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. يعمل المرشح ضمن فريق الصيانة لضمان دعم الخدمة الأمثل لعمليات الصيانة وأنشطة خط الطيران، بهدف تحقيق أعلى مستويات الجودة والسلامة وتوفر الأسطول. يشمل الدور إجراء الفحص الدقيق والتجميع والتركيب والإصلاح واستبدال مكونات وأنظمة الطائرات، بالإضافة إلى تدريب الموظفين أثناء العمل (OJT).

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • المسؤولية الأساسية: ضمان دعم الخدمة الأمثل لأنشطة الصيانة وخط الطيران لتحقيق توفر ممتاز للأسطول بأعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة.
  • أداء الفحص الدقيق والتجميع والتركيب والإصلاح أو الاستبدال لمكونات وأنظمة الطائرات.
  • تنفيذ الصيانة المجدولة وغير المجدولة أو تجديد الطائرات وفحص وظائف المكونات.
  • تقديم التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT) حسب الحاجة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الامتثال لجميع لوائح وإجراءات الطيران والسلامة والجودة ومراقبة التصدير.
  • الامتثال لجميع أنظمة وسياسات ولوائح إدارة شركة إيرباص هليكوبترز.
  • العمل كجزء من فريق، ويتضمن ذلك أداء الصيانة المجدولة وغير المجدولة لأسطول الطائرات المروحية داخل بيئة العميل.
  • تنفيذ مهام صيانة وإصلاح وفحص الطائرات، وفحوصات الجودة، واستكمال الوثائق وفقاً لإجراءات الشركة والعميل، بشكل فردي أو كجزء من فريق.
  • مراجعة حالة وصلاحية أدوات الصيانة ومعدات الدعم الأرضي قبل بدء أي نشاط صيانة، وضمان استخدامها الصحيح.
  • فحص المكونات وقطع الغيار بحثاً عن التلفيات أو التسريبات قبل بدء أي نشاط صيانة، والتحقق من صحة تطبيق الوثائق.
  • تنفيذ التجميع الكهربائي والتكامل والتعديل، وإصلاح الأنظمة، وفحوصات الجودة من المستوى الأول، والاختبارات الوظيفية للطائرات والمكونات.
  • تحليل الأداء وعزل الأعطال في أنظمة الأجهزة الإلكترونية الجوية المتكاملة وأنظمة التحكم في الطيران.
  • إجراء فحوصات لأنظمة الأجهزة الإلكترونية والتحكم بالطيران ومكوناتها (بما في ذلك الإصلاحات والعمرات والتعديلات والمحاذاة والتركيب).
  • فحص أنظمة الأجهزة الإلكترونية والتحكم في الطيران.
  • ضمان تسجيل جميع الأعمال المنفذة في الوثائق المناسبة والتوقيع عليها بشكل تدريجي.
  • ضمان الاستخدام والتحكم الصحيحين لقطع غيار الطائرات وموادها.
  • التحقق من تحديث حالة الطائرة فيما يتعلق بالمهام المجدولة والعناصر المؤجلة، وضمان صلاحية الطائرة للخدمة والتوقيع على شهادة الإفراج عن الخدمة.
  • أداء المهام التي يسندها مدير الموقع، مع ضمان إنجاز جميع الأعمال في الوقت المناسب ووفق متطلبات الجودة والتسليم لشركة إيرباص.
  • إجراء نشاط التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT).
  • تدريب الأفراد على استخدام كتيبات الصيانة.
  • تدريب الأفراد على جميع توجيهات السلامة وإجراءات الأجسام الغريبة (FOD).
  • أداء مهام أخرى يتم تكليفه بها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة عملية في طائرات الدوفين/بانثر (AS365).
  • وعي كامل بالمخاطر المحتملة المتعلقة بالامتثال، والالتزام بالعمل بنزاهة كأساس لنجاح الشركة وسمعتها ونموها المستدام.
  • الالتزام بجميع لوائح وأنظمة الطيران والسلامة والجودة ومراقبة التصدير الخاصة بالشركة.

Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

The B2 Avionics Technician will be responsible to ensure optimal service support for maintenance and flight line activities to achieve the excellent fleet availability with highest quality and safety standards. The B2 Avionics Technician will also be responsible to perform detailed inspection, assembly, installation, repair or replacement of aircraft components and systems, maintenance (both scheduled and unscheduled) or refurbishing of aircraft and function check of components. The B2 Avionics Technician will perform OJT on location as required.

LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures
  • Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations
  • Work as part of a team, specific duties will include the satisfactory performance of both scheduled

and unscheduled maintenance of the helicopter fleet, within a customer environment

  • Undertake individually or as part of a team, aircraft maintenance, repair and inspection tasks,

quality checks and the completion of documentation in accordance with Company and Customer

procedures

  • Check every time before to start any maintenance activity tools/GSE´s for condition and expiration

date, and ensure their correct use

  • Check every time before starting any maintenance activity the components and parts for

conditions (damages, leaks etc.) and that the applicability of the documentation is correct

  • Perform electrical assembly, integration and modification, system repairs, first level Quality

inspection and functional tests of aircraft and components

  • Analyze performance and isolates malfunctions of integrated avionic instrument and flight control systems

Conduct checkouts of avionic instrument and flight control systems and components (including

repairs, overhauls, modifications, alignments, installation)

  • Inspects avionic instrument and flight control systems
  • Ensure that all work performed is recorded on the appropriate paperwork and signed for on a

progressive basis

  • Ensure the correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials
  • Verify aircraft status regarding scheduled tasks and deferred items is updated, the aircraft

condition is serviceable and sign the Release to Service of the aircraft

  • Perform duties as assigned by the Site Manager, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely

fashion and meets the delivery quality requirements of the Airbus

  • Conduct on-the-job training activity
  • Train personnel on the use of maintenance manuals
  • Train personnel in all safety directives and FOD procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Practical working experience in Dauphins/Panther (AS365).
