يسعى معهد توني بلير للتغيير العالمي (TBI) إلى تعيين مساعدين (Associates) للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية، لدعم قادة الحكومات في تطوير الاستراتيجيات والسياسات وتحقيق التنفيذ بتمكين التقنية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيعمل المساعدون على دعم مجموعة متنامية من المشاريع في المملكة، مع توقعات بالتنقل الإقليمي عند الحاجة. الدور يتطلب مهارات استثنائية في حل المشكلات والقدرة على دمج أفضل ما لدى المعهد من خبرات للتصدي للتحديات الأصعب في الاستراتيجية والسياسة والتنفيذ التي تواجه القادة السياسيين وصناع القرار الحكوميين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم المشاريع محلياً و/أو إقليمياً في تقديم المشورة للقادة السياسيين بشأن الاستراتيجية والسياسة والتنفيذ مع تمكين التقنية عبر الأبعاد الثلاثة.
- إعداد الأبحاث والتحليلات والرؤى المكتوبة وغيرها من التسليمات للعملاء وكبار القادة في المعهد.
- التواصل مع نظراء العملاء لفهم المتطلبات، والتعبير عن الأفكار، والمشاركة في عروض التسليم.
- ابتكار وتطوير أدوات تتيح الإدارة الفعالة للبرامج (مثل لوحات المشاريع والأطر ومتتبعات الأداء).
- دعم تحقيق مستويات عالية من أثر المشاريع من خلال تتبع الأداء المرن والتنسيق عند الحاجة.
- لعب دور عملي في تحديد الفرص وبناء العلاقات لتوسيع نطاق المعهد في مناطق جديدة، بما في ذلك إعداد عروض للعُملاء الجدد وكبار المسؤولين الحكوميين.
- دعم المشاريع الجديدة في مرحلة التأسيس، والإسهام في التنفيذ عند تشكيل الفرق الميدانية.
- تطبيق وتعلم من الأساليب الجديدة المبتكرة لدعم التغيير وتحقيق الأثر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مهنية ذات صلة تتراوح بين 3 و5 سنوات، ويفضل أن تكون في شركة استشارات إستراتيجية رائدة أو مؤسسة استشارية أو بيئة مماثلة، مع تعرض كبير لتطوير الاستراتيجيات وتنفيذها.
- خبرة مثبتة في تسليم مشاريع معقدة، وإدارة مسارات عمل وأولويات متعددة مع الحفاظ على معايير عالية من الجودة والسرعة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- مهارات قوية في التعامل مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة، مع القدرة على بناء علاقات موثوقة والتنقل في المؤسسات المعقدة والتفاعل بفعالية مع كبار المسؤولين.
- خبرة في قيادة وتطوير الآخرين، بما في ذلك توجيه العمل ومراجعته وتقديم تغذية راجعة بناءة وخلق بيئة فريق تعاونية وفعالة.

Key Responsibilities
- Support projects in-country and/or regional client or development opportunities as TBI advises political leaders on strategy, policy and delivery with technology as the enabler across all three dimensions
- Develop research, analysis, written insights and other deliverables for clients and senior leadership within TBI
- Engage with client counterparts to understand client requirements, articulate ideas and participate in presentations of deliverables
- Innovate and develop tools that enable efficient management and delivery of programmes (including project dashboards, frameworks and trackers)
- Support delivery of high levels of project impact, facilitating nimble performance tracking and coordination where required
- Play a hands-on role in opportunity scoping and relationship building to enable the expansion of TBI to new geographies, including developing presentations for new country clients and senior government officials
- Support new projects in their inception phase and support implementation as in-country teams are put in place
- Apply and learn from new and innovative approaches to supporting change and deliver impact
We are looking for experienced policy, strategy, and delivery consultants and/or experienced professionals with relevant backgrounds:
- 3-5 years’ relevant professional experience, ideally in a leading strategy consulting firm, advisory organisation or comparable environment, with significant exposure to strategy development and implementation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex questions, work confidently with quantitative and qualitative evidence, and translate analysis into clear, practical recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects, managing multiple workstreams and priorities while maintaining high standards of quality, pace and attention to detail.
- Strong client and stakeholder skills, with the judgement and confidence to build trusted relationships, navigate complex organisations and engage effectively with senior counterparts.
- A proactive, hands-on approach, comfortable taking ownership, working with ambiguity and moving between strategic thinking and the practical detail required to get things done.
- A collegiate, low-ego approach to working with others, valuing different perspectives, challenges constructively, shares credit generously and contributes to a supportive team culture rather than relying on status or personal advocacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complexity, develop compelling narratives and communicate clearly with senior and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading and developing others, including providing direction, reviewing work, giving constructive feedback and creating an effective and collaborative team environment.
- Deep expertise or a distinctive knowledge spike in one or more priority areas, such as geopolitics, economics, AI and technology, defence and security, or government transformation and public sector reform.
