نبذة عن الوظيفة
بصفة Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)، ستكون حلقة الوصل بين هندسة المنتج الأساسية وتنفيذ العملاء عالي التأثير. ستنخرط مباشرة مع عملاء استراتيجيين من المؤسسات، وستصمم وتطور وتنشر تكاملات برمجية مخصصة وخطوط أنابيب بيانات وإضافات سير عمل فوق منصتنا الأساسية. ستتعامل مع حالات تقنية معقدة في الوقت الفعلي، مع نقل الرؤى الحيوية من المستخدمين إلى خارطة طريق المنتج الداخلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- هندسة العملاء ونشر الحلول: قيادة التنفيذ التقني الشامل (عن بُعد أو في الموقع)، وتكامل واجهات API الخاصة بالمنصة في بيئات مؤسسية حديثة وتقليدية معقدة.
- تطوير برمجيات مخصصة: كتابة كود جاهز للإنتاج بلغات مثل Python, Go, Java أو TypeScript لبناء إضافات وأدوات مخصصة وخطوط معالجة بيانات خاصة.
- تكامل البيانات: تنظيف وتحويل ودمج مجموعات بيانات ضخمة ومتباينة باستخدام أدوات مثل SQL, Spark, وأطر ETL/ELT الحديثة.
- حلقة تغذية راجعة للمنتج: التعاون الوثيق مع فرق المنتج والهندسة الأساسية لترجمة متطلبات العملاء المتكررة إلى ميزات أصلية في المنصة.
- الاستشارات التقنية: العمل كمرجع تقني موثوق للمدراء التنفيذيين وقادة الهندسة لدى العملاء، وتشخيص اختناقات الإنتاج وعرض المقايضات المعمارية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في هندسة البرمجيات مع إتقان إحدى اللغات: Python, Go, Java أو C++.
- أساس قوي في SQL وقواعد البيانات العلائقية/غير العلائقية والأنظمة الموزعة والبنية التحتية السحابية (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- فهم متين لواجهات REST/gRPC APIs والخدمات المصغرة والحاويات (Docker, Kubernetes) وخطوط CI/CD.
- قدرة استثنائية على شرح القرارات التقنية المعقدة لأصحاب المصلحة غير التقنيين والمدراء التنفيذيين.
- الاستعداد للسفر الدوري (عادة 15-25%) للعمل في مواقع العملاء الحيوية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة سابقة في أنظمة SaaS المؤسسية، أو منصات تحليل البيانات، أو نشر الذكاء الاصطناعي/التعلم الآلي.

Role Description As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you will bridge the gap between core product engineering and high-impact client execution. Embedded directly with strategic enterprise customers, you will architect, build, and deploy custom software integrations, data pipelines, and workflow extensions on top of our core platform. You will tackle complex technical edge cases in real-time while funneling critical user insights back to the internal product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Architecture & Deployment: Lead end-to-end technical implementations on-site or remotely, integrating platform APIs and services into complex legacy and modern enterprise environments.
• Custom Software Development: Write production-grade code (Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript) to build tailored extensions, custom tooling, and bespoke data processing pipelines.
• Data Integration: Clean, transform, and integrate massive, disparate datasets using tools like SQL, Spark, and modern ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Product Feedback Loop: Collaborate closely with internal Product and Core Engineering teams to translate recurring customer requirements into platform-native features.
• Technical Advisory: Act as the trusted technical authority for client executives and engineering leads, diagnosing production bottlenecks and presenting architectural trade-offs.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Technical Background: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C++.
• Data & Infrastructure: Solid foundation in SQL, relational/NoSQL databases, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Systems Architecture: Strong understanding of REST/gRPC APIs, microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Communication & Presence: Exceptional ability to explain nuanced technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Willingness to Travel: Open to periodic travel (typically 15-25%) for high-stakes on-site customer engagements.
Preferred Experience
• Background in enterprise SaaS, data analytics platforms, or AI/ML deployment.
• Prior experience in consulting, solutions architecture, or early-stage startup environments where requirements evolve rapidly.
