ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER - DATA CENTRE | QADDS HIRING

Conjugate QADDS (Quantum | AI | Deep Tech | Data Centres | Space) is hiring as a specialist international talent network for the rapidly expanding Data Centre & AI Infrastructure industry.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are interested in experienced Electrical Project Managers with strong exposure to:

Data Centres | Mission Critical | Hyperscale | Colocation | EPC | Utilities | Industrial Infrastructure

The role involves managing complex electrical infrastructure through project delivery, installation, testing and commissioning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead electrical project delivery from design through commissioning and handover

• Manage electrical contractors, consultants, vendors and specialist subcontractors

• Coordinate HV/MV/LV electrical systems and associated infrastructure

• Manage project programme, cost, quality and resources

• Review drawings, specifications, method statements and technical submissions

• Coordinate with MEP, civil, structural and specialist systems teams

• Manage testing, commissioning and energisation activities

• Identify and resolve technical and project delivery issues

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and project standards

• Manage client and consultant relationships

IDEAL PROFILE

We are particularly interested in professionals with:

• 7-15+ years of electrical project experience
• Strong Data Centre / Mission Critical experience
• Experience with HV / MV / LV systems
• UPS, generators, switchgear, PDU and electrical distribution experience
• Experience with testing & commissioning
• Experience managing electrical contractors and multidisciplinary teams
• Hyperscale / Colocation experience is highly desirable
• International project experience is an advantage
