المهام والمسؤوليات
- بناء الثقة والمصداقية مع أصحاب المصلحة من خلال فهم توقعات مستوى الخدمة وما يهمهم فردياً.
- تقديم خدمات عالية الجودة بإظهار وعي عملي بتأثير التنظيم وإدارة المخاطر على العمليات والضوابط التجارية.
- تحمل مسؤولية فهم الإحصائيات الرئيسية والمسائل المتعلقة بالقطاع قبل بدء الالتزام.
- تكييف تعليمات الإحالة النموذجية لتحديد نطاق الإجراءات بوضوح، بما في ذلك مجالات التركيز في التدقيق.
- فهم هيكل تدقيق المجموعة والفئة المستهدفة لتعليمات الإحالة.
- التنسيق الفعّال مع مراكز التميز المحلية والعالمية في تنفيذ المهام ذات الصلة، وفهم نطاق العمل المُفوّض وأهمية توفير معلومات دقيقة وكاملة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في التدقيق العام والمحاسبة، ويفضل أن تكون في شركات التدقيق الكبرى (Big Audit Firms).
- يفضل امتلاك مؤهل محاسبي دولي مثل SOCPA أو CA أو ACCA أو CPA.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة، تحدثاً، كتابة). تُمنح الأولوية للمرشحين ثنائيي اللغة (العربية والإنجليزية).

- Degree in Accounting or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in public auditing and accounting, preferably with Big Audit Firms.
- An international accounting qualification is desired: SOCPA, CA, ACCA, or CPA.
- Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking, and Writing). Preference will be given to Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).
