About The Role

Are you a master of transforming learning needs into impactful digital experiences that drive workforce capability and performance?

You will lead the design and development of learning solutions across Riyadh Air, covering digital content, blended programmes, and on demand learning pathways across the organisation.

You will play a key role in conducting learning needs assessments, developing high quality instructional content, and overseeing quality assurance across all learning assets; this includes managing vendor relationships, coordinating content lifecycles, and delivering training across a wide range of business functions.

Your accountability will be pivotal to the success of learning and development at Riyadh Air through collaboration across the business, and the primary task will encompass building a learning ecosystem that is aligned to organisational goals, grounded in best practice, and measurable in its impact.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Instructional Design, or a related field.

You'll bring hands on expertise across instructional design, eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond, alongside strong proficiency in learning analytics, LMS platforms, and project coordination to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.

You are also collaborative, detail oriented, and tech savvy, with a curiosity for emerging learning technologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
