Hitachi Rail تبحث عن مهندس أصول وتشغيل وصيانة (Asset and O&M Engineer) متحمس وذو دافع ذاتي للعمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى في المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن ضمان تسليم المشروع، وقيادة إدارة متطلبات التشغيل والصيانة عبر دورة حياة المشروع بأكملها، والعمل المشترك مع جميع أقسام المشروع، وتنسيق وإعداد الوثائق اللازمة على مستوى النظام والنظام الفرعي، وترتيب التدريب، وضمان إدارة الواجهة المناسبة بين فريق التصميم والبناء وفريق التشغيل والصيانة، بالإضافة إلى ضمان نقل الخبرات إلى هندسة المنتج.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان اقتراح أنشطة هندسة التشغيل والصيانة في الميزانية على المشاريع بالإضافة إلى تكاليف تشغيل التشغيل والصيانة.
- ضمان توزيع متطلبات مشروع التشغيل والصيانة.
- ضمان استراتيجية إدارة الأصول المناسبة.
- ضمان تقديم مخرجات التشغيل والصيانة في الوقت المحدد وفقاً لجدول المشروع والميزانية.
- ضمان إعداد وإصدار الإرشادات الخاصة بأدلة التشغيل والصيانة، والتدريب، وقطع الغيار، والأدوات الخاصة، ووثائق التسعير.
- ضمان إعداد وتقديم التحليل التشغيلي، وخطط التشغيل والصيانة، وأدلة التشغيل والصيانة، والإجراءات، وخطة التعبئة، وخطة إدارة التقادم، وموضوعات الصيانة المبنية على الحالة.
- ضمان إعداد وتقديم خطط إدارة التكوين وخطة إدارة التقادم.
- ضمان إعداد ومراجعة طلبات تغيير التصميم والمشاركة في أنشطة مراجعة التصميم التي يقترحها فريق التصميم والبناء.
- ضمان التنفيذ الفعلي والفعال لعملية التسليم (نقل المتطلبات ومراجعة التصميم خلال دورة حياة المشروع) من فريق التصميم والبناء إلى المشغل.
- ضمان إعداد المواصفات الفنية لقطع الغيار وعقود الخدمة.
- ضمان تحليل بيانات الأداء (لكل من التشغيل والصيانة).
- ضمان تنفيذ تحليل تقارير الأعطال وتحديد الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- ضمان تعريف وتنفيذ وتحديث خطة التعبئة.
- ضمان مراجعة الأدلة التي يسلمها المقاولون من الباطن.
- المشاركة في مراحل المشروع والعطاءات والتسليم ضمن جدول المشروع.

Job Description:
Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Asset and O&M Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Accountabilities
- Ensure the proposal of Budget O&M Engineering activities on projects as well as O&M operating costs;
- Ensure apportionment of O&M project requirements;
- Ensure appropriate Asset Management strategy;
- Ensure on time provision of O&M deliverables in accordance with project schedule and budget;
- Ensure the preparation and issuing of guidelines for O&M Manuals, Training, Spare Parts, Special Tools, Pricing documents;
- Ensure preparation and delivery of Operational analysis, Operation and Maintenance Plans, Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Procedures, and Mobilization Plan, Obsolescence Management Plan, Condition Based Maintenance topics;
- Ensure preparation and delivery of Configuration Management Plans and Obsolescence Management Plan;
- Ensure the preparation and review of Design Change requests and participate in design review activities proposed by the DB team;
- Ensure the actual and effective execution of the handover (transfer of requirements and review of design during project life cycle) from Design and Build team to The Operator;
- Ensure the preparation of Technical specifications for spare parts and service contracts;
- Ensure the analysis of performance data (both operation & maintenance);
- Ensure the implementation and the execution of failure report analysis and corrective action identification;
- Ensure the definition, execution and updating of the Mobilization Plan;
- Ensure the review of manuals delivered by the subcontractors;
- Participate to projects, bidding and delivery phases within project schedule.
