Responsible for managing and monitoring the hotel’s accounts receivable activities, ensuring accurate and timely collection of outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounts receivable transactions, including posting payments, invoices, and adjustments.
• Monitor guest, company, and travel agency accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Prepare and send invoices, statements, and supporting documents to customers and corporate clients.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable balances.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Sales, Reservations, and Finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and maintain accurate collection records.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and prepare relevant AR reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with hotel accounting policies and procedures.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required financial records and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing of all financial transactions.

Experience: 1-2 years in Accounts Receivable, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
