Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technician role based in Saudi Arabia. The Technician will support the daily technical operations of franchise branches, including installation, inspection, and maintenance of equipment and systems used in food and beverage outlets. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring minimal downtime for store equipment. The role involves coordinating with the Operations Department and branch teams to address technical requests, documenting work performed, and adhering to company safety and quality standards. The Technician may also assist with new branch openings, equipment setup, vendor coordination, and periodic technical audits to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and/or electrical equipment, preferably within retail, restaurant, or food and beverage environments.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment faults efficiently, with practical problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with basic safety procedures, tools, and equipment handling, including adherence to company and regulatory safety standards.
• Basic understanding of facility operations, including utilities, refrigeration, and small kitchen equipment, is highly beneficial.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with branch staff, operations teams, and external service providers.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work under time pressure, and manage multiple service requests across different locations.
• Willingness to travel between branches within Saudi Arabia as required and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays when needed.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or related field; prior experience as a technician in a similar industry is an advantage.
• Commitment to quality, reliability, and continuous improvement in technical processes and customer service.
