Role Description The Soft Service Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, responsible for overseeing daily soft services operations such as cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, and related support services. This role involves supervising teams, assigning tasks, monitoring service quality, and ensuring that all activities meet agreed service levels and safety standards. The supervisor coordinates schedules, manages resources, and works closely with internal stakeholders and clients to maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include reporting on performance, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the implementation of best practices in soft services. The role requires active participation in staff training, adherence to company policies, and collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless facilities management.
